Townhome medians rose from $1.39M to $1.57M, while single-family homes increased from $1.92M to $1.94M, with just 4 of 32 sales under $1M. Early 2025 started with tight supply, but inventory has steadily increased, shifting toward a more buyerfriendly market. Buyers are more selective, prioritizing updated homes. Sales peaked in fall 2025 with 70+ closings in both September and October, while April and May 2026 each saw 48 closed transactions.
