As we head toward year-end, the Steamboat Springs market is

showing more balance than last year. Active listings are up and days on market have

increased, giving buyers more choices. Prices remain strong and sales volume is steady.

The one for all seasons

Inventory growth is reducing urgency, though desirable homes can still move quickly. Demand

is steady but the pace has cooled slightly in Q4. Steamboat continues to behave differently than metro areas due to its resort-driven buyer demand.
