Although total residential

sales this year are down compared to the frenzy that was still happening in the start of

2022, inventory is still very low, maintaining upward pressure on prices. Today, we have a 2-month supply of residential listings in our market, much lower than the

6-month supply needed for a “normal” market . Listings are staying on the market longer this year, over 30 days, as opposed to just about a week this time last year. As we get further into spring, we will see more properties come on the market, giving us a better idea of what is to come in our busy summer months.
