Day of Giving Ambassadors
Hello St. Columba Families,
Our biggest fundraiser of the year is coming up in less than two weeks. Our Day of Giving goals are 100% participation by our school families and $250,000 raised to support vital day-to-day operational expenses at our school Our successful fundraisers and donations help to keep our tuition as affordable as possible. We count on you, our school families, to participate in this important campaign by making a donation and by sharing the giving link with your networks.
New this year, I am excited to share details with you about how YOU can become a Day of Giving Ambassador for St. Columba School and have the chance to win a $500 credit toward tuition or school uniforms. We are truly grateful for the commitment of all school families who help us share our crucial Day of Giving fundraiser with your network of family, friends, and colleagues. Your support makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and faculty Each year we see support come in from across the country, helping us reach our goal. If you sign up to be an Ambassador, your investment of time and effort will not only help the school, but it could potentially help yourself through the impactful prizes we are offering. To be eligible to win: go to our Day of Giving website, stcolumbaschoolgiving org and click on the Ambassadors tab. Fill out the brief, four-question electronic sign-up form, and you will receive a personalized, unique URL link dedicated to your outreach efforts. (The link will come directly from our giving site, so if you don’t see it in your email, check your promotions/junk folder) We encourage you to share this link widely within your personal and professional circles.
Using your individual link allows us to track the impact of your efforts accurately and ensures that every gift made through it is credited to your ambassadorship
Your participation also opens the opportunity to be recognized with one of two exclusive Ambassador awards:
Top Recruiter Award: The Ambassador who generates the highest number of gifts will receive a $500 credit toward tuition or school uniforms.
Top Fundraiser Award: The Ambassador who generates the greatest total dollars donated will also receive a $500 credit toward tuition or school uniforms
This year, to provide ample time for outreach, the Giving Day website will open early and remain active for one full week: January 21 – January 28, 2026 Please encourage your contacts to make their donations during this window using your unique link

2nd Semester Lunch Plans
As our 2 semester kicks off on Tuesday, January 20 , we need you all to please select your second semester lunch plans for your K-8 students. nd th
If you do not submit a form, the lunch selections you made at the beginning of the year will be used for second semester All lunch charges will be invoiced in Blackbaud Tuition Management and we ask you to pay the fees directly there Please submit the form by Friday, January 23rd.

History Day Judges Judges Needed!
While there are few people who would list their career as historians, anyone who has written a research paper can judge a History Day project. There are well defined criteria that we can share that make it pretty straight forward.
Would you consider helping out with this event?
It will be on Friday, February 20, from 8:00 until about noon.

Several of our middle school students have been attending bi-weekly FCA meetings, thanks to the support of St. Columba parents. Here are a few upcoming opportunities for them to engage with the community!
