PSHE with Lizzie
In the unit Financial Decision Making, I Group students learnt about spending decisions, budgeting, getting a job, inflation, how to be a critical consumer, and how to budget for a holiday! The resources for this unit were devised by the Financial Literacy Campaign and supported by The Financial Times.
We are learning about Health and Puberty, including understanding the physical and emotional changes that take place. The lessons included understanding mensturation and puberty for boys. We will finish this unit off after Easter with an introduction to consent and healthy boundaries.
Next Term With their Advisers, I Group will complete the unit Developing Skills and Aspirations which will include enterprise projects in preparation for StChristapalooza. With Lizzie, I Group will continue Health and Puberty and move onto Building Relationships which includes understanding changing friendships and how to manage friendships online.
