Upon entering, the intricate wooden front desk is topped with a large-format porcelain (5’x10’) slab in True Black. Full panels of Silver Plane were used on the walls of patients’ rooms. In the break room, the countertops and backsplash were surfaced in Calacatta Gold, serving as a focal point. Since porcelain has a non-porous surface it is inhospitable to the growth of bacteria. The hygienic benefits and low maintenance make it perfect for areas of high traffic and damp spaces.
