Made for busy adults

Are you interested in using your current PTA knowledge to move ahead in your career?

We understand that adult students have many responsibilities, and finding time to complete a college degree can be challenging. That’s why St. Catherine works individually with each student to create an experience that supports you academically, and helps you balance the family, financial and career aspects of your busy life.

Consider the flexible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree completion program from St. Catherine University's College for Adults, for PTAs who want to earn a bachelor’s degree from a rigorous and respected university.

How you will benefit Ethics, community and the liberal arts are hallmarks of a St. Catherine education. You’ll benefit from a degree program that helps you: • • • • •

Develop skills to work across cultures and in teams to improve patient outcomes. Build meaningful relationships with a diverse group of faculty and students. Ground your work in ethics and mindful practice. Advance professionally or into graduate study. Influence positive organizational change and improve outcomes for clients/patients, families and communities. Pursue lifelong learning and fulfill your personal goals.

Class scheduling Major, Liberal Arts and Elective Courses: Online Complete all major, supporting and elective courses in an online format. Many online courses are asynchronous, allowing students to complete weekly assignments as their schedules allow.

Courses with lab-based components are also offered online. There may be hybrid options available (blending online and on-campus meetings), for students interested in that format. Consult with an advisor to learn more about hybrid course availability.

Graduate school options After completing your bachelor’s degree, build on your experiences with one of St. Catherine’s graduate programs, where you may prepare for advanced roles in healthcare.

Personal Advisors to guide you through course selection, registration and degree completion. Financial Aid Counselors to access loans, grants and available scholarships. Academic and Disability Support to sharpen math, reading, writing and study skills, and offer services for students with disabilities.
