St. Catherine University is working to build a community that focuses not just on structural diversity, but on one that recognizes the interdependence of diversity, equity, inclusion, and excellence. By focusing on systemic change and transforming our institution’s policies, practices, curriculum, and outreach, we will be able to meet the most urgent needs of our time by increasing our capacity to create a socially just university and society.
