This report offers a transparent overview of our 2024 performance in biophilic
design and our nearly-net zero philosophy. For the first time, we conducted a
rigorous data collection process aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative
(GRI) Standards—an internationally recognized framework for assessing
economic, environmental, and social impact. By adhering to these standards, we
enhance accountability and reinforce our commitment to sustainable
development. The insights gained from this process are guiding us to refine our
strategies, improve efficiency, and set even higher benchmarks for
sustainability.
