Child Care Capital Support Revolving Loan Fund The Child Care Capital Support Revolving Loan Fund is a state financing program run by the Maryland Department of Commerce with help from the Maryland State Department of Education. It gives no-interest loans to eligible child care providers to build, improve, expand, or buy child care facilities.

Who Can Apply • •

You must be a licensed child care provider in Maryland. You must participate in the Child Care Scholarship Program (MSDE).

Priority is given to providers that: • • • •

Are in underserved areas or rural communities. Serve low-income families. Serve children ages 2 and under. Serve children with special needs.
