Two die amid brawl A private birthday party in Clyde North turned tragic on Thursday 16 January, as a family altercation escalated into a fatal brawl. Police were called to an Observatory Street property around 9.30pm, finding two men from Seaford, aged 23 and 54, fatally stabbed.
Despite paramedic efforts, both died at the scene. Detective Superintendent Janet Stevenson reported that an argument involving approximately 20 people spilled onto the street, resulting in the stabbings. Several attendees left before police arrived.
