During your time in Edinburgh we will have a Welcome Desk in the reception area of the Kimpton Charlotte Square hotel, 38 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh EH2 4HQ Please pop down during the following times if you would like to speak to one of the events team in person Monday 5th May: 4pm - 6pm Tuesday 6 May - 7.30am - 9am (until transport leaves for the Conference in Dunfermline) Tuesday 6th May - 5pm - 6.30pm (until transport leaves for the Britannia event) Wednesday 7th May - 9am - 10am Thursday 8th May 8.30am to 9.30am (until transport leaves for Dunfermline)
