Tiffany has failed to consistently report to work on time as scheduled. Recent occurances include the following: - Monday March 27, 2023 (32 minutes late) - Thursday March 30, 2023 (14 minutes late) - Monday April 3, 2023 (48 minutes late) Prior Corrective Action(s): Please list any relevant preceding verbal or documented corrective actions.
During a touchbase meeting with her District Leader on Monday, April 3,2023, Tiffany received verbal coaching on the importance of reporting to work on time as scheduled. (Touch base meeting notes from 4/23 and timekeeping records attached)
Required Corrective Action: Please describe the immediate and sustained corrective action that must be demonstrated by the associate.
Stand Out For Good, Inc. expects all associates to comply with it's Code of Conduct (attached). Being on time, being accountable and being respectful of fellow associates are all part of the Code of Conduct. Given this, Tiffany is expected to consistently report to work on time as scheduled. If tardiness or absence is unavoidable, Tiffany is expected to communicate with the manager on duty as soon as possible in order to minimize any negative impact to the associate and guest experience.
