2026 SMES Guide We’re excited for another great year at St. Martin’s! To help families stay informed and make the most of the school year, we’ve put together this helpful guide with important resources, information and how-tos you can reference throughout the 2026–27 school year. School Hours & Carpool Information Need a quick reference of school hours? Click here for a one-sheet overview of hours, carpool times and Explorers extended day times. This is also located on the 2026-27 School Hours tile on the Resource Board. Add the SMES Calendar to Your Personal Calendar Stay up to date on important dates, events, and school happenings by adding the 2026–27 SMES calendar to your personal Google or Apple Calendar. Update Your Parent Notifications Take a few minutes to review your notification settings on the SMES website (Click "MYSMES" on the school website and log in to the parent portal). Follow along with this video tutorial to ensure your preferences are set up correctly. 2026-27 Parking Procedures To help our campus operate smoothly, St. Martin's has updated our parking procedures. For most on-campus school events, families should plan to use available off-campus parking once the campus lot is full. We strongly suggest arriving in one car per family and early. For a limited number of high-attendance events, additional on-campus parking accommodations will be communicated in advance. For brief campus visits, such as late drop-offs, early pick-ups, or dropping off items, families should park in the EC or Warrior Hall visitor spots. Click here to view a map of visitor spots. NEW - Carpool Numbers & Passes Families will be assigned new carpool numbers this year. At Orientation, each family will receive two new carpool passes, which will be distributed in the homeroom of your youngest child. These passes should be kept and used each year.
