Welcome to Giving at St. Martin’s Episcopal School Like most independent schools, St. Martin’s relies on philanthropic support from our community, which is essential for sustaining and enhancing our exceptional programs while advancing our mission. Your generosity helps us achieve excellence and continue growing. We invite you to be a part of our journey!

Primary Sources of Non-Tuition Income Each giving area is important and has a purpose and a priority. Your family will be encouraged to support one or more throughout your time here at SMES.

Support from alumni, parents, grandparents, and friends strengthens us today while ensuring a solid tomorrow. We welcome everyone to actively participate in the life of our school!

The St. Martin’s Fund (SMF): Our annual giving campaign provides critical support for the annual operating budget. Georgia GOAL: A state tax-credit program offering need-based financial assistance. GOAL is not considered a philanthropic gift to The SMF, but is a unique opportunity to redirect a portion of your state tax liability. Annual Golf Tournament: Benefits the SMES Endowment. The SMES Endowment Fund is a sustainable funding source that provides long-term financial stability for SMES.

The St. Martin’s Fund The St. Martin’s Fund is the school’s annual giving campaign that raises essential funds to support the annual operating budget. Your annual gifts are activated immediately, improving students’ educational experiences. If you can only support one area, please consider The St. Martin’s Fund. We strive for 100% parent participation. WARRIORS CIRCLE

“We support The St. Martin’s Fund because it is our way of expressing thankfulness for a learning experience that has been so positive for our kids. We hope our gift allows future classes to continue to have the best experiences SMES can provide.” —SMES parent

FAQ Why doesn’t tuition cover all the expenses of the school? Like most independent schools, tuition alone does not cover the full cost of educating each student. Contributions to The St. Martin’s Fund bridge the gap to cover the actual operating budget, keeping tuition competitive and supporting important programs and improvements. Plus, your gifts are tax-deductible.

PTO: Supports the Teacher Fund, and community events like the biennial gala, Fall Festival, Warrior Run, Daughters Dance, Sons Event, and Teacher Appreciation Week.
