No refund will be granted if you cancel later than nine days prior to the start of camp. No moving registration to another week will be granted within the same 9 days prior to the start of the camp window.

St. Martin’s offers a wide variety of camp options each week. Our goal is to provide quality instruction and exciting offerings in a fun and challenging environment. Each week, campers will delve into a subject to learn, create, experiment and explore. We offer camps ranging from computer skills, engineering and science to drama, sports, cheer and more. Many camps are led by highly-trained, professional St. Martin’s teachers.

CAMP HOURS Morning drop off is available at 8:30 a.m. Camp is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. • All-Day Camps - 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. possibly 4 p.m. - check the brochure for your dismissal time. • After Camp - Hours vary. Check the Camp Schedule on pages 4-5 to find what works best for you and your family.

CARPOOL Dismissal times for camps differ per week and per camp. Times can be 2 p.m., 3 p.m, or 4 p.m. (depending on your registration that week). If pick up is designated at any other time, please park and walk inside to the front desk to check out your child.

REGISTRATION

WHAT TO WEAR, WHAT TO BRING/LUNCH Campers should wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing. Campers should wear sunblock. Snacks and lunch are provided (including an afternoon snack).

FEES/CANCELLATION Parents must complete a separate online registration for each child. Camp fees vary per week depending on the activity. All fees must be paid at the time of registration. A $50 nonrefundable registration fee is included in each camp fee. Cancellation of camp must be made no later than the Friday, nine days prior to the Monday of the start of camp, to receive a 100 percent refund (minus the registration fee). Refunds are not available for cancellations made during the week of camp or the week prior to camp.

All registrations must be made online. You can find the online registration on the Summer Camp tab found under Programs on the main St. Martin’s Episcopal School webpage. Visit https:// www.stmartinschool.org/programs/ summerholiday-camps. Registration is available until the Thursday night prior to the start of camp.

AFTER CAMP UNTIL 5:30 P.M. After Camp is mainly for working parents who need a bit more camp until their day ends. This camp is structured similarly to after-school Explorers and Enrichment classes. The campers will have organized activities and stations such as arts and crafts, building with Legos, chess, kickball and much more. These camps run each week for campers of all ages. Do you love Bluey? If so, Bluey Adventure Camp is the camp for you! Be prepared for a week full of Bluey-themed adventures. Campers will enjoy scavenger hunts, outdoor games, and various crafts. At the end of the week, campers will make a Bluey-themed snack.

Cheer Mania teaches students a variety of skills to lead the crowd and support their team. Each cheerleader will learn cheers, proper hand and body movements and jumping techniques with a big focus on fun. There will be a choreographed performance and help from current cheerleaders from around metro Atlanta. Campers will receive cheer paraphernalia!

Join Mrs. Beckwith for science camp where children wear lab coats and goggles and explore chemistry through unique hands-on experiments that they take home every day! Jr. Mad Scientists will create unforgettable experiments that fizz, bubble, erupt, ooze, and even glow in the dark, as well as some epic summer STEAM activities. Can you test the density of liquids with water balloons? What is a non-Newtonian fluid? We will find out! What a fantastic and fun learning experience for budding scientists!

LEGO ROBOTICS DRONEBOT CAMP

Bricks for Kids $450 Rising 2nd - 5th Grade Camp Hours - 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Number of campers - min 8, max 30 Do you have a strong interest in learning to build and fly a drone? Campers will problem solve and troubleshoot as they pay close attention to detail, learn to solder delicate components and build their own mini quadcopter. Campers will also be able to increase their piloting abilities as they learn about aeronautics and flying tips. The camp will offer many opportunities for fun and competition as drones race, loop, relay, and dive into action. The class size is small due to the detailed nature of the work. Every student will take home their drone that they have built.

If you love the world of Harry, Hermione, and Ron and wish to have some fun in a decidedly NON-muggle environment for a week, join our camp! We’ll play magical games and practice cool, simple spells, all while learning about and remembering how wonderful the world (magical AND muggle) can be. Students will receive a “training” wand...Don’t worry: NO ONE will be turned into a toad! Taught by Headmaster Barnabus Parnabus.

Don’t forget classic Nintendo and SEGA themes such as Zelda, Duck Hunt, Pacman, and Sonic the Hedgehog! Each day will be a new adventure as the virtual and LEGO® worlds combine!

We will spend time crafting fun crafts and enjoying the warm summer weather. Each day will be a fun-filled new theme, including insects, rainbows, bubbles, crafts & hands-on activities, and board games!

The Intensive Reading Camp offers a 2-week program to build foundational reading skills. Emphasis will be placed on phonological and phonemic awareness, and students will build and work to master letter/sound association. Campers will practice age-appropriate decoding skills every day. Our camp will include recess time and “brain break” time for students to rest and reset. Camp goals are to build skills and have fun while doing it!

ART CAMP (ENTRY LEVEL)

Your young artist will spend their camp day working with different mediums like pastels, charcoal, pencils, markers, collages, watercolors, acrylics, and clay. JR. WARRIOR BASEBALL

Michael Albanese $300 Rising 1st - 2nd Grade Camp Hours - 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Number of campers - min 10, max 40 This baseball camp will be instructed by the SMES middle school baseball coach and former St. Martin’s players. It will be a fun time for boys and girls who love baseball. We provide students with a foundation of the game with the goal of becoming better baseball players. Emphasis will be placed on the fundamentals of baseball: throwing, catching, running, infield and outfield play, and hitting.

CHEER AND TUMBLING TRYOUT PREP

McKenzie Miller $350 Rising 2nd - 6th Grade Camp Hours - 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Number of campers - min 10, max 30 This camp is for aspiring cheerleaders to learn the basics of cheerleading, including motions and jumps, improving pre-existing tumbling skills, stunts, and, most importantly, teamwork! Our week will conclude with a showcase of our newly learned skills for parents! McKenzie brought home four regional championships as captain of her high school competition cheer team.

Well, stop wondering and join us for an exciting STEAM camp where you solve these “classical” challenges and mysteries.

CREATE. SCRIPT. SHOOT. MOVIE!

Heidi & Jeff McKerley $400 Rising 3rd - 8th Grade Camp Hours - 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Number of campers - min 5, max 24 Atlanta has become the Hollywood of the South, so learn what it takes to be a part of the ACTION! Young film artists will create and produce short film projects through storyboarding, screenwriting, filming, producing, and editing in this inventive, fun-filled camp taught by film/TV/commercial teaching artists Heidi and Jeff McKerley. If your child loves Barbie, this Barbiethemed camp will entertain them with everything they love about our favorite doll! Kids will enjoy creative and fun activities like dressing up like their favorite Barbie, having a makeover and hairstyle day and getting their faces painted. We will also have beach, sporty, and dance days, just like Barbie loves to do. Campers will also enjoy arts and crafts, face paint and more. Your child will explore art, music, dance and sports while enjoying Barbie’s creative world!

Get ready for an adventure in the world of Pokémon® and Minecraft! Capture wild Pokémon® creatures and train them for battle. Improve your accuracy and power as you learn new moves and use special abilities. Tap into your inner engineer as we build Dratini, Pikachu, Poké Balls, and more. This camp has everything little girls love…pretend, dance, music, dress up, a tea party, princess stories and crafting princess accessories. Camp concludes with a “Princess Gala,” where each princess will be introduced, given a crown and flowers, and enjoy finger foods, music, and dancing.

During this week at Superhero Academy, your child will experience a variety of training that will encourage exemplary behavior according to the Superhero code of conduct. Get your backpacks loaded for an adventure to the mountains with Mrs. Webb and Mrs. McCormick. We will sing, dance, play games and craft our way up and down the mountain trails. Musical instrument exploration will help us set a soundscape for our adventure as we hunt bears, fish in the lake, hike mountains, and set our sleeping bags up by the campfire. Themed snacks and crafts will help us fuel up each day, and we will end our week in front of the “campfire” while we eat s’mores and sing campfire songs.

Our camp provides an unparalleled experience for your child by combining expert instruction, fun games, and drills. Camp will focus on developing proper fundamentals of putting, chipping and full-swings and learn rules and etiquette. TGA coaches are trained to utilize ageappropriate equipment to create a safe and fun experience for your young camper. Golf equipment will be provided for this camp.

EV3 MINDSTORM LEGO ROBOTICS & CODING

Bricks for Kids $450 Rising 2nd - 5th Grade Camp Hours - 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Number of campers - min 10, max 30 Bring LEGO® Bricks to life with coding! The ability to code is a key component of technology education today. Our coding programs will teach students important strategies to enhance their logic and problemsolving skills and help them work toward becoming technological innovators of tomorrow. Our programs offer skill-level progression of coding concepts as students advance through multiple levels, from beginner through advanced. Students will build models with LEGO® Mindstorm EV3 elements then control their models with the codes they write.

RISING 3RD GRADE BRUSH UP CAMP

Get ready for Pre-K! Enroll your child in the Pre-K Brush Up Camp, where they can spend time with old friends from Beginners and meet new rising Pre-K friends. We will have a fun week immersed in the alphabet, numbers, shapes, rhyming, sequencing, opposites, literature, and edible art. We love to have FUN while learning!

Brush off that summer dust and give your kid a leg up before their first day of 1st grade! Come join the fun with Ms. Galasso as we brush up on foundational skills by reviewing past phonics skills, learning new word attack skills, studying comprehension strategies, and brushing up on past math concepts. It will be a great way to get back into the school mindset and have a great time with friends!

Campers will work on writing, grammar, and math skills through various tactics. Students will work on expressing themselves through writing and presentation skills, learning the parts of speech through games and activities, plus basic adding and subtracting facts. We will also introduce some third-grade learning methods. Students will take a pretest at the beginning of the week and a post-test at the end to show what they have learned.
