MARTIN’S FUND VOLUNTEERS During the 2025–2026 school year, an incredible team of 48 dedicated volunteers from every corner of our parenting community helped raise over $700,000 through The St. Martin’s Fund. These passionate individuals played a vital role in encouraging parent participation and fostering a strong culture of giving within our community. CAPITAL CAMPAIGN HITS HISTORIC $8 MILLION MILESTONE AND REIMAGINES WARRIOR HALL

THE HEART OF THE SCHOOL, TRANSFORMED Warrior Hall is the center of school life — home to the library, art room, and science lab, and a connector across every division from preschool through 8th grade. The $8 million transformation will reimagine almost every corner of Warrior Hall, including 16 classrooms, three corridors, art and science spaces, and the library - creating flexible, collaborative spaces.

A COMMUNITY THAT ROSE Led by Board Chair Austin Jowers and Vice Chair Kate Bobb, with a Steering Committee of dedicated volunteers, the campaign drew gifts at every level — from naming opportunities starting at $50,000 to Donor Wall recognition at $25,000 and beyond. Parents, alumni, and trustees alike gave because they believe in the future of St. Martin’s. Architects worked around the clock over the summer as we look forward to sharing the new spaces at the start of the 2026-2027 school year. We can’t thank you enough for your support!

GEORGIA GOAL

Since 2008, the Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program has provided our community with a meaningful way to make independent school education more accessible to more students. By redirecting a portion of their state income tax liability to a qualified student scholarship organization, Georgia taxpayers can provide need-based financial aid to students who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a school like St. Martin’s. Year after year, the St. Martin’s Golf Tournament brings our community together around a shared love of the game and a shared commitment to the future of our school. What an incredible year this has been! Our hearts are filled with sincere gratitude for the wonderful community that makes the St. Martin’s PTO truly special. None of the success and joy we have experienced would have been possible without your generosity, time, and enthusiasm. From the joyful moments at the Fall Festival and the friendly rivalry of the Cornhole & Chili tournament to the cherished memories created at the Daughter’s Dance, you all came together to strengthen connections and celebrate our school family. We were delighted to introduce exciting new traditions such as the first annual Mom’s Mahjong night and Screen on the Green! Whether through Warrior Wings, Teacher Appreciation or welcoming new families via Warrior Connect, you ensured that our staff and community felt supported and appreciated every step of the way. PTO FINANCIALS During the 2025–2026 school year, the PTO proudly hosted a wide variety of communitybuilding events that brought families together and strengthened our school spirit. Signature events included the Fall Festival, Dad’s Chili Cookoff & Cornhole, Warrior Run, Dad’s Poker Night, Daughter’s Dance, and a memorable Son’s Event at the Braves game. New additions this year—including sponsored Movie Nights and a Mom’s Mahjong Night—created even more opportunities for families to connect and engage within our community.

focused initiatives. Student programs included the New Family Warrior Buddies program, School Store, Cookies & Carols, Field Day, and Middle School Graduation. We were honored to support our dedicated teachers throughout the year. The PTO provided meals during pre-planning, conference days, and Back-to-School Night, as well as a Christmas appreciation breakfast and an end-of-year celebration. Teacher were also reimbursed for classroom start-up supplies at the beginning of the year. Additional appreciation efforts included birthday gift cards, classroom spending at the Book Fair, and a variety of thoughtful perks and treats throughout the year, along with a memorable Teacher Appreciation Week filled with daily surprises and gifts.

A highlight of the year was the Palm Royale– themed Gala hosted at The Stave Room. This highly anticipated event brought our community together for an evening of celebration, with food, drinks, and entertainment made possible through a combination of ticket sales and the generous support of our sponsors. The Gala was also a tremendous success from a fundraising perspective, with our community raising an incredible $126,000 for Fund-A-Need—directly supporting the Rooted. Ready. Rising. capital campaign.

Beyond the classroom, the PTO supported the Warrior Wings program, created new swag for the school store, and enhanced the campus with festive Christmas decorations. Thanks to the incredible support of our school community, the PTO ended the year with a strong financial position and was thrilled to give back an additional $90,000 to the school—further investing in the continued strength and success of our shared mission.

In addition to these events, the PTO used dues allocated from tuition, along with proceeds from the Fall Book Fair and other activities, to support a wide range of student and teacher44

It was an unforgettable night under the palms, the PTO Gala Royale brought the St. Martin’s community together for an evening filled with celebration, generosity and fun. The event was a success, raising more than $450,000 in support of the school, including $125,000 during the live auction. From beautiful decor and a fun auction to a packed dance floor, the evening was one to remember. Special thanks to the PTO, the gala chairs, Kaitlin Hammill and Lauren Wilson and the many sponsors, guests and volunteers.
