The 13th annual Cruzin’ Flat Rock Car & Truck Show brought car, truck and motorcycle enthusiasts together at Huroc Park in Flat Rock on August 8. The event featured a wide variety of cars, trucks and motorcycles, with all classes and styles welcomed. Free registration was available from 9 a.m. until noon, while the show ran from 10 a.m. through 3:45 p.m. Trophies and other awards were presented throughout the event. Attendees also enjoyed door prizes every half hour, DJ music beginning at 10 a.m., food from on-site vendors and local restaurants, and a 50/50 raffle benefiting the Flat Rock Animal Shelter. Pre-registered entrants received a free Cruzin’ Dash plaque and a discount on Cruzin’ Flat Rock shirts. The Flat Rock Train Depot was also open to visitors for free, with donations accepted. Music and announcements were broadcast throughout the event on 107.9 Cruzin’ FM.
