On March 31st, the township successfully closed the purchase of the toll bridge, marking a significant milestone. The closure went smoothly with no issues, and a ceremony was held to officially change ownership from the prior owner, Paul Smoke. The township took control at midnight. Though it took a few days to work through some kinks with tags and links, everything is now on track. Future plans include Facebook updates and Code Red notifications to guide the community on how to make the most of the new processes.
