Empowering People, Enriching Progress.

Asalamo’Alaikum everyone,
At the close of 2024, I expressed my gratitude for your dedication and hard work, which, Alhamdulillah, led to a record-breaking year for SPRINT. Today, as we approach the end of 2025, you have once again risen to the challenge. For the third consecutive year, you are on track to surpass previous achievements, positioning us, Insha’Allah, for another record-setting year.
I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you for turning what began as a challenging year into one of true success. Over the past two quarters, we have seen SPRINT’s market position strengthen across nearly all countries, with the recent months setting new records for both activity levels and revenue.

Alongside these achievements, it is important to recognize two key milestones:
The continued growth of our slickline service-line revenues. The launch of the beta version of our first AI-driven technical platform for PPS, which, Insha’Allah, will expand to cover WIS in 2026.
Moreover, and In line with the ongoing focus on quality, service delivery, and efficiency improvement, we recently appointed Mr. Kamil Shahzad as the companywide Service Delivery Manager. In this role, all service delivery and field QHSE personnel across locations will functionally report to him.
This year also marked the successful upgrade of the QHSE Management System and analytics, while enhancements to the Maintenance Management System are underway to make it more informative and user-friendly. These upgrades are supporting the swift progress of the API Q2 certification process ongoing currently in Saudi Arabia and soon in the UAE.
Together, this restructuring and the strengthened management systems provide us with the right foundation to set clear company- and country-level Quality and Service Delivery objectives for 2026. With these efforts, SPRINT is well-positioned for even greater successes in the years ahead, Insha’Allah.
Sincerely,
Hossam Elzanaty Chief Operating Officer

The Human Resources Department is dedicated to creating an environment where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow. HR is not only about managing processes, it is about building connections, shaping careers, and driving a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence.

George Arockia Regional Human Resources Manager
Over the past year, we have focused on strengthening employee engagement, enhancing career development opportunities, and digitalizing HR processes to make them more efficient and accessible. Initiatives such as the Career Progression System (CPS) for our field teams and the Career Development Program (CPD) for our support functions reflect our commitment to structured growth and skill enhancement for all employees. As we continue to expand across regions, HR remains at the Center of this journey bridging people and purpose, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and aligning talent with our long-term strategy. Together, we are shaping not only the success of our company but also the future of every individual who is part of Sprint.
Unlike personal matters of employment, Human Resources (HR) in a business context encompasses a broader perspective and interacts with multiple stakeholders. This includes employees at every level, leadership teams, government and regulatory bodies, training institutions, recruitment agencies, and professional networks, among others. Within the organization, HR connects closely with every department Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, QHSE, and Administration to ensure that people, policies, and performance are aligned. In all these interactions, HR plays a central role and remains one of utmost importance.
The HR department at Sprint plays a central role in aligning people, processes, and performance across all regions. Its responsibilities span recruitment and orientation, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, career planning, labor relations, grievance management, policies and procedures, and the use of information systems to support efficiency. These functions ensure that employees are supported, engaged, and equipped with the right tools to grow and contribute effectively to organizational goals.

At the Head Office level, the HR team is responsible for setting the overall planning and direction of these activities. This includes designing new initiatives, standardizing policies, and ensuring that global HR frameworks are applied consistently across all locations. The Head Office also provides guidance, resources, and expertise to country level HR teams while closely monitoring the progress of each initiative. By evaluating outcomes and ensuring that every activity is implemented effectively, the Head Office safeguards the efficiency and success of HR operations throughout the region.
The HR Department has built strong partnerships with local universities across all regions where we operate, creating a robust pipeline of future talent. To reinforce this initiative, we organized job fairs at major universities in the UAE (2), Saudi Arabia (1), and Iraq (1), along with recruitment drives at leading universities in Pakistan.
To provide structured career growth and skill enhancement opportunities, we launched a hands-on training program for our FET, STT, and Operator-level employees. The sessions were conducted at our Sharjah Training Center, led by our Regional Training Center Manager, Mr. Aziz.
The HR Department has successfully configured and implemented a custom-built HRM system, designed to meet the specific needs of the company. This integrated platform brings together critical HR functions as Payroll and Performance Management into a unified, automated workflow, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

Technical Fluids Specialist
Sprint - UAE
How long have you been working in the oil field?
I have been working in the oil field since 2011.
How has your career progressed since joining Sprint?
I joined SPRINT in March 2022 as Technical Fluids Specialist in the R&D Regional laboratory in UAE. As the head of the laboratory, I have been working in collaboration with the headquarter Technical Team and the laboratory personnel team in various projects for different clients, each more challenging and stimulating than the others. I have been learning a lot and continue learning every single day.

At SPRINT, you feel part of a family. Everyone is treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of role or background. Ideas are valued, teamwork and communication are strong, and support is always available to achieve our shared goals—company growth, client satisfaction, and trust. SPRINT also prioritizes innovation and safety. How does working at Sprint compare to your experience with other companies?
What do you find most rewarding about your role?
As Technical Fluids Specialist in the R&D Regional laboratory, I have been exposed to a lot of projects in which you have to apply in addition to your technical knowledges and experiences, a touch of planning, organization and discipline. In my role, the work is always dynamic and there is always something new to learn and this is exciting and motivating.
Can you share your most memorable experience while working at Sprint?
When I joined SPRINT in March 2022, I had to quickly adapt to a new environment while taking over a challenging ARAMCO prequalification project. With the support and guidance of Mr. Hossam and Mr. Rameez, I was able to contribute to the project’s success. With the right support and management, any challenge can be overcome, and objectives achieved.
My advice for employees in the oil and gas industry is to keep learning, view challenges as opportunities for growth, and share knowledge to foster teamwork. Always perform your work professionally and with integrity, earn the trust of colleagues and managers, and above all, prioritize safety. What advice would you offer to employees, particularly those working in the Oil & Gas Industry?
My recent internship at Sprint Oil & Gas Services – Pakistan offered a highly immersive experience in the design, analysis, and maintenance planning of industrial hydraulic systems. I began with research on existing filtration carts and contamination sources, followed by the development of hydraulic circuit diagrams and the design of a custom hydraulic filtration cart.
Under the guidance of my mentor, Muhammad Waleed Chaudhry, I was involved in component selection (pump, motor, filters, and indicators) and the preparation of a comprehensive Bill of Materials (30+ components).
Alongside technical tasks, I was engaged in learning about workplace safety practices, maintenance planning, and fabrication processes, which helped me understand how engineering projects are managed in industry.

Mechanical Engineering Intern
Sprint - Pakistan
I am sincerely grateful to the Sprint Oil & Gas Services team for their mentorship, guidance, and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project.
I began my oilfield journey in 2017 with Sprint as an Assistant Operator. With dedication, continuous learning, and persistence, I advanced to Operator and now proudly serve as a Senior Equipment Operator. My path reflects not only a commitment to personal growth but also a deep passion for the oil and gas industry.
Throughout the years, I have gained wide-ranging experience across cementing, stimulation acid, fracturing, coiled tubing, nitrogen, and pressure testing. Each step forward sharpened my technical skills and reinforced the importance of delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services in demanding conditions.
Today, as a Senior Equipment Operator, I remain inspired to keep learning, keep contributing, and keep setting higher standards. I hope my journey encourages my fellow operators to believe in their potential, stay persistent, and always strive to deliver their best—because every step of progress builds not only a career but also the strength of our entire team.

Celebrating 20 Years of Service – A Message from Aftab Ahmed Gulzar

“Today, after 20 years, it makes me very proud and truly happy to see how far we have come together. Throughout this journey, I have received immense support from my seniors and peers, which has helped me reach this stage and receive this award. I sincerely thank all my colleagues for being part of this remarkable journey. I wasn’t planning to say this, but my heart encouraged me to share: I stand before you as an example. When the company first started, we were only seven people. Today, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, thumma Alhamdulillah, our workforce has grown to nearly 700 employees. This is a great source of pride for all Pakistanis. Now, I want to address our national employees: no matter how hard outsiders may work, even if they dedicate 24 hours a day, the company cannot achieve real progress without the support of the national workforce. True development becomes possible only when nationals work with honesty, dedication, and a sense of ownership. If they consider the company as their own and fulfil their duties sincerely, success will surely follow. Outsiders can provide assistance, but the real key to growth lies in the hands of the national employees. Thank you.”

We take pride in recognizing the remarkable contributions of our team members who have gone above and beyond in their roles. Their commitment, leadership, and drive for excellence have left a meaningful mark on our success. Join us in honouring these Sprint Champions from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Erbil—shining examples of dedication and inspiration across our organization.
