Boshnack is the 33-time Emmy Award-winning Executive Producer and VP of Production for YES. He oversees all aspects of production at YES, including studio and remote production and operations, and also is involved in programming acquisition and development.

KENDALL BURGESS, MLB, VP of Operations, Local Media

Burgess has over 25 years of experience working in sports television across all professional leagues and multiple college conferences. She joined Major League Baseball as vice president of operations, local media in March of 2023. In this role she is responsible for the technical and operational details of regional broadcasts for 14 MLB teams.

Coyle has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations design and implement technical solutions tailored to their unique needs. As SVP, Broadcast at Haivision, he contributes to the company’s worldwide broadcast strategy, supporting customers across broadcast, enterprise, and government sectors with secure, high-performance video solutions.

PATRICK CRAKES, Crakes Media, Principal

With more than 30 years of experience in media and sports, Crakes advises clients on the evolving economics of sports media rights, content distribution, audience behavior, media measurement, and direct-to-consumer business models.

JEFF CRAVENS, Braves Media Company, GM

Cravens is general manager of Braves Media Company, the Atlanta Braves’ media operation overseeing the club’s owned-and-operated content and distribution business, including the BravesVision linear network and the team’s direct-to-consumer platform, Braves.TV.

TIM DE LAY, Altitude Sports & Entertainment, Senior Director of Operations

Initially brought on as a Broadcast Engineer for Altitude Sports, De Lay transferred to the Technical Operations side of the Production group in 2016 and has been working on all things behind the scenes since. He’s enjoyed being part of the broadcasting logistics at Altitude Sports with the two recent championship wins with Altitude’s parent company, KSE.

RANDY DICKERSON, Panasonic Professional Video & Audio Systems, Senior Strategic Account Executive – Broadcast & Sports

Dickerson is an experienced sales professional in the media & entertainment industry having worked both on the systems integration side and stints with Chyron, VizRT, Avid, and now Panasonic.

DEVON FOX, NBC Sports Bay Area & California, Senior Director of Live Events & Special Projects

Fox oversees all areas of production for more than 600 games annually, including live coverage of the MLB’s San Francisco Giants and Oakland Athletics, NBA’s Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings, and the NHL’s San Jose Sharks.

NICK GARVIN, Mobile TV Group, CEO

Garvin is the CEO for Mobile TV Group (MTVG). This includes all strategic partnerships, management of all day-to-day operations for its mobile unit fleet covering over 4,000 live events annually, and its audio/video manufacturing facility called Colorado Studios. MTVG has led live 4K HDR productions in the U.S.

SCOTT GILL, TEGNA, Head of Technology & Sports Operations

Gill defines and executes the technology and operational strategies supporting the company’s portfolio of NBA, WNBA, NHL, MLB, and other live sports initiatives, as well as its award-winning broadcast affiliates. Previously, Gill spent 10 years with Fox News Network.

DOUG JOHNSON, MLB, SVP and Executive Producer, Local Media

Johnson is responsible for overseeing all games produced locally by MLB. A 31-time Emmy Award winner, Johnson has produced or directed over 2000+ events. He previously was at AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh where he was responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term planning for more than 250 live events each year.

DAVID KOPPETT, NESN and SNP, Executive Producer, Live Events and Studio Koppett oversees game, studio, and vodcast production for the network’s four major-league team partners: the Red Sox, Bruins, Penguins, and Pirates. An Emmy Award-winning executive and producer, Koppett is deeply experienced in game telecast, studio, documentary, digital, and social media production.

JACKIE LYONS, MSG Networks, VP, Production Operations

Lyons is the VP of production operations for Madison Square Garden Networks. She also oversees remote operations, programming operations, and media assets. Lyons started in 1984 as an intern, and her 42-year career with MSG has included 30 years of production before transitioning over to operations.

DOMINIQUE OMAHEN, Barney Monk, Operations Consultant

Omahen has spent 20 years with FOX Sports/FS1 working first in their regional sports division (Fox Sports Net Arizona as the exec. director of operations), and moving into FOX/FS1 with FOX Soccer (VP, Operations), and FOX/FS1 Stage & Studio productions. Most recently, she was the VP of technical operations for FanDuel Sports Network.

With over 25 years of experience, Phillips works with organizations to deliver real-time captioning and multilingual audio that improves accessibility and audience reach. Reynolds is chief executive officer, and former president, of Imagine Communications, a global leader in multiscreen video and ad management solutions that broadcasters, networks, video service providers and enterprises around the world rely on to support their mission-critical operations.

GREG SAKOWICZ, Altitude Sports, Director of Digital Content

Sakowicz manages Altitude+ bringing Avalanche and Nuggets games direct to consumers in a 9 state region. He is also the director of acquisition marketing for MyOutdoorTV, working with distributors and partners on growing the organic reach of MOTV. Prior to this, Sakowicz was the director of news operations for KDVR/KWGN in Denver.

RYAN SCHABER, Seattle Kraken, VP, Broadcast

Schaber is responsible for overseeing all locally broadcasted games across the team’s OTA and OTT partners, also serving as the primary producer for KHN. Prior to joining the team’s front office, Schaber served as the lead producer of the Seattle Kraken on ROOT SPORTS.

ANDREW SLAYTON, Teradek, Sales Manager

Slayton is a media and broadcast technology professional with a career spanning more than two decades in live production, streaming, and next-generation video delivery. He works at the forefront of high-performance video contribution, wireless transmission, and low-latency streaming technologies used across broadcast and sports applications.

Stafford is an award-winning executive operations leader specializing in strategic business development and innovative technology to drive efficiency, creativity, and profitability. With over 20 years of experience, Staires has specialized in delivering innovative audio solutions for the broadcast and pro AV industries. He has worked with leading national broadcasters and mixed FoH and monitors for several award-winning artists, blending technical expertise with a deep understanding of production needs.

KIM STINE, MLB, Senior Director of Operations, Local Media

Stine has more than 20 years of experience in sports television across professional, collegiate, and high school sports. Recently promoted to senior director, local media operations, she joined Major League Baseball in January 2024 and oversees the technical and operational execution of regional broadcasts for 14 MLB clubs.

JOSH STONER, Canon, Senior Specialist, Broadcast and Cinema Lenses

Stoner is a senior specialist for Canon’s Broadcast Team focused on broadcast and cinema lenses. For a majority of his career at Canon, Stoner has served as a repair engineer and field support for customers on the front line of productions, and often the sidelines of major sporting events.

STEVE STUBELT, Diversified, SVP, Media Specialty

Stubelt is an accomplished executive with more than three decades in the technology industry, with notable positions at Sony and Grass Valley. He spearheads business growth and helps clients facilitate meaningful connections between audiences and the sought-after content and experiences they desire.

GARRETT SULLIVAN, Game Creek Video, SVP, Production & Finance Sullivan is responsible for the daily oversight of all company activities, new business development, client management and financial performance. He has sourced over $600 million in financing during his time at Game Creek, helping position the company as a leader in state of the art technology.

ANGIE SWINT, Texas Rangers, SVP, Broadcasting and Rangers Sports Network, Executive Producer

Swint is in her 26th season with the Rangers, where she has served in many roles, including oversight of broadcasting and business communications. Swint has led many of the efforts surrounding the creation and launch of Rangers Sports Network (RSN), which is responsible for production and distribution of the television broadcast of Rangers games.

JOHN VALEK, Space City Home Network, Executive Producer

Valek is the executive producer for Space City Home Network and oversees all aspects of production and operations. He is responsible for managing over 250 annual live productions of Astros Baseball, Rockets Basketball and collegiate events. Valek also oversees all studio productions as well as original documentary programming for the network.

JOE WASHINGTON, NBC Sports, Sr. Director, MLB Tech Ops

Washington worked for 36 years in the RSN world beginning in 1989 at Prime Ticket Network in Los Angeles. He now oversees the technical operations forNBC Sports' Sunday Night Baseball, the Sunday Leadoff Package, Field of Dreams game, and the Wild Card round of the playoffs.

MIKE WEBB, YES Network, VP, Broadcast Operations and Engineering

Webb, a 26-time Emmy Award-winner who has been with YES since before its March 2002 launch, is the Vice President of Broadcast Operations & Engineering at the YES Network. Webb oversees long-range planning, field and studio operations and engineering at YES.

MELINDA WRIGHT, Mobile TV Group, VP of Operations

Wright leads operational strategy for one of North America’s largest mobile production providers, with a focus on facility deployment, remote production, cloud-based workflows, and emerging broadcast technologies. She is passionate about building strong partnerships between production, engineering, and operations teams.
