Spokane Falls Tower is served by a modern electrical primary feeder originating from the Post Street Substation. Historical outage records from the Post Street Substation show very few interruptions over the past two decades.

Since 2006, the area has experienced only a few outages, most of which were planned, short-duration events related to construction or system upgrades typically occurring overnight or during low-impact hours. Unplanned outages have been infrequent and brief, reflecting the strength and reliability of the surrounding downtown electrical infrastructure.

The exterior of Spokane Falls Tower is defined by high-quality brick selected for its strength, longevity, and inherent fire-resistant qualities. Inspired by the historic brick building at 901 West Broadway, directly across the street as well as other buildings in the area, the Tower’s exterior pays homage to Spokane’s North Bank through carefully considered architectural detail. The distinctive basket-weave brickwork found on the historic structure serves as a direct design reference, reinforcing the importance of craftsmanship and continuity within the neighborhood.

To honor this legacy, Spokane Falls Tower carries forward the basket-weave pattern using a custom three-color brick blend developed through countless hours of study and selection. Each brick is hand-placed with precision, reflecting traditional masonry techniques rather than modern shortcuts. While contemporary brick construction often relies on fewer bricks per square foot, the Tower embraces a more labor-intensive approach—using more than six standard bricks per square foot—to achieve depth, texture, and authenticity. The result is a facade that not only elevates the building’s architectural presence but also reinforces its connection to Spokane’s historic character.

Many brick buildings constructed in the late 1800s and early 1900s, including the iconic Spokesman-Review building, continue to stand today with their original brickwork intact. Spokane Falls Tower follows that same philosophy, choosing craftsmanship, durability, and timeless design over convenience.

MOTOR COURT

A thoughtfully designed motor court welcomes residents and guests with a sense of arrival that is both refined and effortless. Framed by curated landscaping and anchored by a sculptural centerpiece, the approach creates a distinctive first impression while maintaining a calm, residential atmosphere.
