Egypt: Budget Position
Egypt offers the most iconic and unforgettable experience of the three destinations. However, the longer international journey from Australia, the requirement for domestic flights between Cairo and Luxor, and the premium logistics of managing a group of 50 in Egypt mean that the target budget of AUD $7,500 per person will need to be carefully managed.
The final cost will depend heavily on flight availability, hotel selection and the level of exclusivity required. A modest budget adjustment or streamlined inclusions may be necessary to maintain the desired 5-star standard throughout.
Sri Lanka: Budget Position
Sri Lanka is expected to provide strong value within the proposed budget, sitting between Vietnam and Egypt in terms of overall cost.
The destination's major planning consideration is internal travel time.
Sri Lanka's key attractions are spread across the island, and selecting the right base location is critical to delivering a relaxed and premium program.
