Chantilly lace designed with a yoke of sheer illusion with the lace appliqued around the shoulderline in an off-shoulder effect, long fitted sleeves of the lace tapering to points over her hands, and a fitting bodice of alternating bands of the satin and lace at the fitted midriff. The very full skirt, accented by panels of the lace, swept into a cathedral train. Her waist length veil of imported silk bridal illusion fell into full graceful tiers from a satin roll wreath and imported French orange blossoms.” Sister Adele, who is a member of SPJST Lodge 66, Waco, presented her beautiful, handmade wedding dress, veil, shoes, and studio photographs to the Czech Heritage Museum in Temple. The dress will be admired for generations as a part of the museum’s collection. Brother Clarence, who was also a member of Lodge 66, Waco, passed away in 1992. —SPJST—
