Congratulations! The SPJST congratulates all of those members who were selected by their local lodges as Fraternalist of the Year for 1995. We commend these members for making their lodges and their communities better places to work and to enjoy. On behalf of the SPJST Supreme Lodge, I am proud to announce that Libbie Bartek of Lodge 177, Academy, was named State Fraternalist of the Year at the January meeting of the Supreme Lodge. Her selection is a tribute to her dedication to our Society,
District Two, Lodge 177 and her community. A detailed account of Libbie's contributions to her home lodge, and to the Society appears on page three of this week's Vestnik.
