With the arrival of a new season on the island, we bring you a new issue of SOSB. As they say, change is the only constant, and in that vein I’d like to welcome you to the latest
iteration of your favorite island book. This is our second year doing things a bit differently, and after positive reviews from both art lovers and artists, we’re back for more.
After 11 years of successful publication, Spirit of St. Barth is continuing to evolve into a highly artistic ode to our island, and a more personal project for me, as fine art is both my profession and my passion. The inspiration came from a growing art scene that I believe deserves to be highlighted, and although the island’s natural beauty will still be at the fore-front, it is now punctuated by the beautiful works and admirable talents of local artists.
My hope is that readers will become well-acquainted with the art community on the
island, and as always, will be touched by the dynamic beauty of this place that we all love
so much.
