ELITE COACHES SPIRE student-athletes train under the direction of the world’s best coaches, benefiting from their in-depth knowledge of the sport, extensive sport-specific network, and mentorship. SPIRE coaches include Olympians, collegiate athletes, and professional athletes, each bringing elite experience and a passion for guiding student-athletes toward their highest potential.
SPIRE PERFORMANCE RESEARCH INSTITUTE [ SPRI ] SPRI brings a science-driven approach to student-athlete development. A sport development innovation hub located on SPIRE’s campus, SPRI blends research and technology for performance optimization, cognitive health, neurovisual training (NVT), recovery, injury prevention, nutrition, and more. SPRI partners with universities, research labs, and sports-tech companies to bring the latest advancements to our developing SPIRE athletes.
STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITIES Student-athletes in each specialized program train in world class facilities purpose-built for their sport. The SPIRE campus features a full-sized fieldhouse, two Myrtha pools, outdoor turf and grass fields, and venues capable of hosting large-scale events and tournaments in volleyball, wrestling, football, track & field, swimming, lacrosse, and more.
NIL AND PERSONAL BRAND COACHING SPIRE doesn’t just prepare student-athletes to compete: we prepare them to stand out in an increasingly competitive market through education and validation. With cutting-edge NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) development and personal branding education and support, SPIRE positions young athletes to build and protect their own brand, grow public exposure, and potentially unlock valuable endorsement opportunities.

Academic model balances academics and athletics with fluid scheduling and time blocks for athletics and academic studies In-person courses supplemented with online learning in areas such as Sports Psychology and Sports Management Project based learning: fewer exams, more hands-on, applied learning Graduate Academy: designed with a focus on personal development skills such as time management, NIL education, personal branding, responsible and optimal social media usage Integration of SPRI within academic spaces and curriculum, enabling students to apply advanced technology and resources to their learning Teachers travel with students when they compete, helping coursework to continue and providing out-of-the-classroom educational and cultural experiences Post-Graduate students take college courses taught by university professors on site at SPIRE College & career counseling as students prepare to graduate and consider what’s next
