2024 Spindletop Holiday Ball Program

Page 1

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12,2024

It is my honor and privilege to welcome you to the 50th Annual Spindletop Holiday Ball, Seas and Greetings. As we gather to embrace the merriment of the season, I hope you take a moment to relish in the essence of the evening – enhancing the lives of Houston’s at-risk children.

Over the past year as Board president, I’ve seen first-hand the power of our industry joining forces in the spirit of community service. Spindletop works tirelessly to fulfill its vision of connecting the energy industry to Houston’s children in need, and we continue to answer the call by giving back through philanthropy and volunteerism.

I am thrilled to report that our Board of Directors has approved the distribution of $750,000 to very worthy charitable initiatives. Thanks to your commitment and dedication, Spindletop’s gifts and contributions have increased 10% over the last year. Your generosity is helping us achieve our goal to grow our impact and connect more of our community’s most vulnerable children to resources that educate, empower, protect and nurture them throughout their lives.

We are also proud of our Spindletop Management Committee for recruiting 634 volunteers who engage in service projects with our non-profit partners. Throughout 2024, our volunteers collectively contributed more than 1,000 hours of community service, supporting our partners in their mission to serve children in need. These volunteers give their time and talents to bring light and positivity to the lives of children who face adversity by helping facilitate back-to-school preparedness, organizing STEM days, packing produce bags for those facing food insecurity and much more.

As we celebrate Spindletop's 58-year history tonight, I invite you to explore the pages of this program where you’ll see the many faces of children touched by Spindletop’s endeavours and your generosity. We extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for your advocacy of Spindletop's work. Together, we are energizing today’s youth to reach their full potential.

Happy Holidays,

TERRY BONNO has served the energy industry for almost 40 years. While she began her career as an Accountant with IP in Nacogdoches, Texas, she quickly moved to the most exciting place to be in the 80s –the wild wild west – Houston, Texas. ADTI was her first stop, and offshore turnkey drilling was a great fit for adrenaline junkies. Moving on to deepwater, she worked for RBFalcon, assumed by Transocean and then moved into more exciting opportunities in global marketing, sales and contracts. She held several C-Suite positions at Transocean and concluded her tenure as SVP industry and community affairs. Her passion was building relationships, mentoring her beloved teams and stomping the competition. During her tenure she held executive/board positions on numerous industry boards. In 2014, she was elected the first woman board member of Spindletop Charities. With great joy, she continues to serve as the Chair of the Spindletop Contributions Committee. She is delighted to contribute to our well deserved Community Impact Partners. While participating in numerous site visits, volunteer opportunities, golf tournaments and the Spindletop Holiday Ball, she relishes the special time with the various non-profits and our volunteers in the energy industry making life better for the communities that we serve. Terry holds a BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a CPA.

She currently works as an Industrial Advisor with EQT Partners. She serves as a director for DNOW since its spinoff in 2014. She has been a director of Kodiak Gas Services (KGS) since 2019. She also served on the Tampnet board, from 2017 until the successful diverstiture in 2019.

Terry and Louis have adult twin boys – Steven and David, who are also working in the energy business. They and their cousins have participated in many volunteering opportunities. In our spare time, we continue to travel the globe and are looking forward to the upcoming wedding of David and Daphne (praying for Grandchildren!!!).

The Constance White Volunteer Service Award honors an individual in the energy industry who has generously given his or her time and talents volunteering to bring light and life to at-risk children served through Spindletop, our non-profit partners and in the community at large.

Abo ut theAward

In 2021, Spindletop introduced a new award at the Holiday Ball – the Constance White Volunteer Service Award. Named in honor of Spindletop’s former Executive Director who served for 38 years (1982-2020), Constance White became the first recipient in recognition of her dedicated service and unwavering passion for improving the lives of Houston’s at-risk children.

Over the past six years, volunteerism has become an integral part of Spindletop’s mission, culture, and long-term vision. The Spindletop Management Committee (SMC), formerly the Emerging Leader Steering Committee, was established in 2018 with the goal of developing a dynamic and impactful volunteer program in partnership with the non-profits Spindletop supports. Through these efforts, the SMC has introduced a new generation of energy industry professionals to Spindletop, known as the Spindletop Army. As this group continues to grow, volunteers delight in carrying out Spindletop’s mission of enhancing the lives Houston’s at-risk youth through service projects.

JORDAN ZAISER

JORDAN E. ZAISER joined Flowserve Corporation in 2019. Over the past five years, he has held leadership roles in operations excellence and project management. Currently, Jordan serves as the Director of M&A Integration, leading the integration of MOGAS Industries’ product portfolio and business operations, as well as supporting adjacent strategic initiatives.

Jordan began his career in 2007 at Cameron International, following in his grandfather’s footsteps in the oil and gas service industry. Starting in corporate marketing, he quickly transitioned to leading subsea development projects, where he discovered a passion for collaborating closely with customers and overseeing operations. Throughout his tenure at Cameron and OneSubsea, Jordan took on increasing levels of responsibility, working both domestically and internationally. His career has taken him to various locations, including South Louisiana, the United Kingdom and Norway, helping shape his understanding of people and cultures.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University in 2015. He is an Eagle Scout, has held a certificate as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and started Flowserve’s annual Flowserve Cares event in 2021 supporting The Children’s Assessment Center (CAC) in Houston. Jordan recently received, alongside Flowserve Corporation, The CAC's Cherish the Child award.

His involvement with Spindletop began over a decade ago, when he was introduced to its mission by his father-in-law, David Stover, a longtime supporter of Spindletop for more than 30 years. Inspired by Spindletop’s dedication to youth empowerment, Jordan collaborated with Constance White and other leaders in 2018 to establish the Emerging Leaders Steering Committee, now known as the Spindletop Management Committee. This initiative laid the foundation for Spindletop’s volunteer wing, which has since evolved into our thriving volunteer organization supporting Houston-area youth through support with education, empowerment, protection, and nurturing. Reflecting on this work, Jordan describes his involvement with Spindletop as “enlightening, humbling, and a deeply meaningful opportunity to give back to the community.”

A proud Longhorn, Jordan met his wife, Kaitlin, an Aggie, after graduation upon returning home to Houston. Married in 2011, they’ve been together for 13 years and currently reside in The Woodlands with their two children, Bennett (10) and Tatum (7). When not attending flag football, baseball, golf, dance, or horseback riding activities, the Zaiser family enjoys spending time together and cherishing their children’s growth.

Jordan expresses heartfelt gratitude to his wife and children for their unwavering support, which enables him to dedicate time to his career and volunteerism.

He is deeply honored and grateful to have been chosen by his peers for such a meaningful award.

THE BRITISH AMERICAN FOUNDATION OF TEXAS (BAFTX) enables financially challenged, Texas-based students that excel academically to fulfill their exceptional potential by supporting their US college education. Since its founding in 2007, BAFTX has been empowering these talented young individuals become leaders in their chosen fields, changing their lives and communities by increasing access to education, and meeting the needs of tomorrow’s STEM and business workforce. These scholars are exceptionally bright, hardworking, and motivated, but the final hurdle they face is financial—a challenge that neither they nor their families can meet alone. With the help of external funding, they can overcome this barrier and achieve limitless success.

For the past three years, Spindletop has been an avid supporter of the Women in STEM scholarship, offering annual financial aid to women pursuing careers in a range of STEM disciplines. This year, we are proud to have sponsored four talented young women in their STEM journeys.

SINCE 2022, SPINDLETOP HAS BEEN A PROUD PARTNER OF BEAR...Be A Resource, providing integral funding for one of its newest programs, Heart Gallery of Greater Houston. BEAR is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk and CPS-involved children, along with their caretakers, in the greater Houston area.

The Heart Gallery is a powerful, traveling photographic exhibit designed to help children in foster care find forever families. In Harris County, nearly 1,000 children are waiting for a family and a place to call home. Historically, these children have had only a 1% chance of being adopted before aging out of the system, but with the Heart Gallery program, that number rises to over 60% – and continues to grow.

Collectively over the past two years, Spindletop has awarded BEAR with $66,000 to fund their Heart Gallery Festivals, where the children featured have the opportunity to meet and match with potential parents in a casual setting filled with fun activities for all to enjoy. The first-ever Heart Gallery Festival, underwritten by Spindletop, took place in 2023, giving these very special children a pathway to find their forever homes.

On March 20, Spindletop was recognized as a BEAR Champion at The Heart Gallery Expansion Reception, alongside two other recipients and in the presence of special guest, First Lady of Texas Cecilia Abbott. The recognition celebrated the dedication and support each honoree has shown to help establish the program and enable BEAR’s continued growth.

This program changes lives, especially those in foster care who are often overlooked, and Spindletop is honored to play a role in its success.

Small Steps Expands in H

Fifth Ward

SMALL STEPS NURTURING CENTER began in 1995 with a vision to meet the needs of Houston’s youngest and most at-risk children. They provide an exemplary early childhood program to instill and foster the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth of economically at-risk children at no cost to their families. Today, Small Steps serves 255 students between two campuses –one in Gulfton and one in the Fifth Ward.

The Fifth Ward campus was first built in 2006, when Small Steps identified the area as lacking sufficient, affordable childcare options for families. Studies show that children who do not have access to stimulating learning environments – which is especially true for low-income students – may be as many as 18 months behind their peers by the time they start kindergarten. With 57.5% of children in the area living below the poverty line, it was clear that the educational needs of this community were continuing to grow.

As a result, Small Steps sought out to open its doors to more children in the area and, consequently, recently completed an expansion and renovation of the campus by adding four new classrooms and other program service and administrative spaces to the campus. The grand opening took place in the 2024-2025 school year, with the new classroom wing opening in phases.

Spindletop cherishes the 26-year partnership it has had with Small Steps and values the scope of work they are able to provide preschool aged children. Over the years, Spindletop has provided more than $628,000 in funding. Most recently, its support furnished and equipped one of the new classrooms at the newly expanding Fifth Ward campus as well as occupational therapy and security for both campuses.

“We are so grateful for the support that Spindletop has provided to Small Steps over the last 26 years. Spindletop has been a faithful and consistent partner, contributing both financially and through volunteer support. We greatly appreciate Spindletop's recent support of our Fifth Ward expansion, allowing us to furnish and equip a brand-new classroom at our Fifth Ward campus.”

IN 2018, SPINDLETOP LAUNCHED A NEW INITIATIVE to engage rising leaders in the energy industry in its mission. The Spindletop Management Committee (SMC), formerly known as the Emerging Leader Steering Committee, was established to bring together rising energy leaders in an effort to create a volunteer program where individuals from across the industry could unite in service to help Spindletop’s non-profit partners. The SMC has played a crucial role over the past six years in building a thriving volunteer program. Today, the Spindletop Army boasts more than 600 members from every generation of the industry. The Management Committee has dedicated countless hours to organizing a wide range of service projects throughout the year. From hosting STEM Days to revitalizing school campuses with gardening projects, or distributing beds to children who would otherwise be sleeping on the floor, these volunteers share a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of Houston’s at-risk children. Take a look at the incredible work our volunteers have done this year to bring hope and joy to these special kids!

SPINDLETOP IS PROUD TO PARTNER WITH HOUSTON CHILDREN’S CHARITY, a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of Greater Houston’s underprivileged, abused, and disabled children who have been underserved. For two years in a row, Spindletop has contributed to their “A Better Night’s Sleep” program, which provides brand-new mattresses, bed frames, sheets, and pillows to children who would otherwise be sleeping on the floor or sharing beds with multiple family members. Research shows a strong link between proper sleep and a child’s academic performance, making this initiative even more impactful.

With Spindletop’s support, 150 beds were distributed to families in need. In February, our Spindletop Army came together to assemble bedding packages and load cars, ensuring that these deserving children could enjoy restful nights and a cozy place to sleep.

SPINDLETOP IS PROUD TO CONTINUE ITS ANNUAL TRADITION OF SPINDLETOP SUMMER OF STEM, an exciting hands-on volunteer initiative aimed at inspiring the next generation of innovators that brings the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and math to children served by its non-profit partners. Through a series of fun and engaging events, Spindletop has the privilege of expanding the STEM knowledge of children from three of our Charity Partners: Youth Development Center; YMCA of Greater Houston; and Periwinkle Foundation. Spindletop’s Army of volunteers led interactive stations, guiding children through experiments and activities that explored topics such as Porosity, Density, Chemistry, Sediment Settling, Insulation, Coding, and more! This unique experience not only introduces these young minds to the wonders of STEM, but also creates lasting memories and opportunities for growth. Thank you to all our volunteers for your dedication to shaping a brighter future for Houston’s youth!

Yo u t h Dev elo pment Center

FOR MORE THAN 25 YEARS, the Youth Development Center (YDC) has been closing academic gaps, giving students a better chance to graduate from high school and, in turn, improve their future prospects for self-sufficiency and success. They deliver high-quality academic remediation at no cost to 120 underserved and academically struggling 1st through 6th grade students in Northeast Houston. YDC offers comprehensive support by picking students up from school, providing nutritious meals, guiding them through academic labs, and ensuring safe transportation home. This past academic year, students achieved an impressive 2.6 years of growth in literacy and 1.1 years of progress in math.

On May 18th, YDC hosted their annual STEM Carnival, sponsored by Spindletop. Spindletop’s financial support helped YDC hold a successful STEM event. Families enjoyed a wide array of STEM activities, including chemical reactions, construction and building projects, sand art, AI computer programming and more. Taking place the Saturday after Houston’s Derecho storm, YDC also provided families with cooling stations, charging stations and food distributions. The day was topped off with a Chick-fil-A lunch and a visit from an ice cream truck, making it a memorable experience for all!

THE PERIWINKLE FOUNDATION creates programs that transform the lives of children, young adults, and families facing cancer and other life-threatening illnesses at Texas Children’s Hospital. Periwinkle's mission is fulfilled through a range of camps, arts, and survivor programs that support families from diagnosis through treatment and into remission. Camp Periwinkle, the foundation’s signature program, has given over 5,000 children the chance to “just feel like a kid again” for one week of joy and healing. Today, Periwinkle serves more than 14,000 children, teens, and families annually, and its programs are recognized as a vital part of treatment and recovery. Now celebrating 40 years, The Periwinkle Foundation remains committed to offering life-changing programs and creating stronger survivors through a community of healing.

As part of our Summer of STEM series, Spindletop volunteers led 40 campers from The Periwinkle Foundation through an unforgettable STEM Day. The campers explored fun and engaging science experiments like elephant toothpaste, Lego coding, and the ice cube insulation challenge, bringing STEM concepts to life in a hands-on way. We are incredibly grateful for the energy and dedication of our volunteers, whose enthusiasm made science exciting and left a lasting impact on these young campers!

Each day, they work to ignite meaningful change in the lives of Houston’s youth by offering high-quality development opportunities from infancy through graduation and beyond.

In June, the Spindletop Army visited the children’s enrichment program to host an exciting STEM Fair. Children ages 5 to 10 participated in hands-on science experiments designed to expand their knowledge of STEM concepts. Volunteers guided them through various topics such as sediment settling, porosity, density, and more. Following the activities, students shared their observations, offering a special glimpse into the new knowledge they gained from the experience.

Brighter Bites

Brighter Bites is a non-profit dedicated to providing fresh fruits and vegetables directly to families in need, while also teaching them how to incorporate the produce into their meals for healthier eating habits. Spindletop’s funding played a vital role in supporting Brighter Bites’ mission, contributing to their efforts to serve 30,000 children across 58 schools in Houston during the 2023-2024 school year. Specifically, Spindletop’s $11,000 gift was the equivalent of providing 220 families with a month’s worth of fresh produce.

In March, Spindletop Army volunteers visited Hill Elementary School to pack bags of fresh fruits and vegetables, which were delivered to children and families facing food insecurity. Working alongside Brighter Bites staff, volunteers followed expert guidance to ensure the produce was properly sorted for distribution to those in need.

KIDS’ MEALS IS THE ONLY PROGRAM OF ITS KIND IN THE NATION, acting as a frontline responder to the critical issue of hunger faced by children aged 5 and under living in extreme poverty. Since 2006, Kids’ Meals has been dedicated to preparing and delivering free, nutritious meals directly to the homes of children in need. To date, they have served over 13.5 million meals to food-insecure children across 57 zip codes in Harris and Montgomery counties. Beyond delivering daily meals to these children and their siblings, Kids’ Meals offers various programs that foster joy and engagement. In late October, Spindletop proudly participated in their annual Trunk or Treat event for the second consecutive year, which provides a safe and fun Halloween experience for the children. Over 1,100 children, along with their families, arrived in their creative, charming, and sometimes spooky costumes, excitedly moving from car to car, saying “Trick or Treat!” Spindletop volunteers joined the fun, dressing up and decorating four cars as part of the event. With more than 300 volunteers participating - 30 of which were from Spindletop - each child left with pumpkin bags full of candy and Halloween activities. Parents expressed heartfelt appreciation for creating such a safe, festive environment for their little ones.

“What sets Spindletop apart is that it brings like-minded industry participants together to serve the community with our time. I love joining my co-workers and industry colleagues to focus on others’ needs - whether it’s stuffing backpacks with school supplies in a massive assembly line, drawing pictures of stick figure vegetables to brighten someone’s day, or working in a greenhouse to help enable more sales proceedsthe opportunity to invest in people’s lives is something I treasure! U nity in Co mmunity

IN NOVEMBER, THE SPINDLETOP MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE was excited to present the Sixth Annual Unity in Community, a day of volunteerism and fellowship! This year, the event took on a new venue, Tejas Brewery, where nearly 80 enthusiastic volunteers came together to support six remarkable non-profit partners: Bo's Place, The Brookwood Community, Casa de Esperanza de los Ninos, Crime Stoppers of Houston, Small Steps Nurturing Center and YES Prep Public Schools.

These organizations hosted unique service projects, providing valuable support to Houston's at-risk youth while allowing our volunteers to make a meaningful impact on the community.

Throughout the day, attendees had the opportunity to connect with peers and industry leaders, while each non-profit shared their inspiring mission and programming. This firsthand insight highlighted how each organization transforms lives in our community. In recognition of their vital work, Spindletop provided donations to help advance each agency’s efforts in supporting Houston's at-risk children. After our volunteer activities, the day culminated in a networking social, where the spirit of Unity in Community shone through with the combination of positive impact, volunteerism, and celebration.

We send our heartfelt thanks to NOV for underwriting Unity in Community for a sixth consecutive year!

This is a beloved and much anticipated accomplishment for the children served by The CAC as each child gets to add their colorful handprint on the wall when they graduate from therapy. With the help of Kosmos volunteers, the newest wall now features bright, vibrant images of nature, providing future graduates an even more colorful canvas. Volunteers also sorted and organized donations, which play a key role in supporting children and families as well.

with Bo’s Place

FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR, SUBSEA7, teamed up with YES Prep Public Schools, making a meaningful contribution to students as they prepared for the new school year. Volunteers from Subsea7 filled backpacks with essential school supplies, including notebooks, folder, pens, crayons, and erasers - items critical for a successful academic start. In addition to the supplies, they added personalized messages of encouragement and warm first-day-of-school wishes, aiming to uplift and inspire students to approach the year with confidence and excitement. This ongoing partnership reflects a strong commitment to empowering the next generation through education and community support.

Connections with Etoile Academy Charter School

TRANSOCEAN PARTNERED WITH Etoile Academy Charter School, a charter school serving K-8 students in the Gulfton area, home to one of the largest refugee communities in the region. Recognizing the urgent need for hygiene kits, Transocean stepped in to support students who face challenges accessing basic personal care items. This initiative aligned perfectly with Transocean’s commitment to education, health, and well-being. The hygiene kits, which included essentials like deodorant, sanitary pads, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hand sanitizer, played a crucial role in promoting the health and confidence of the students. Kayleigh Colombero, the school’s superintendent and founder, attended the Connections event to share insights about Etoile Academy’s mission. This collaboration had a meaningful impact on the lives of the students and their overall well-being.

THE SPINDLETOP SOIREE brings together young professionals and rising leaders in the energy industry to network, learn about Spindletop and have fun! Hosted by the Spindletop Management Committee, the Second Annual Spindletop Soiree, Derby Nights took place on May 3, 2024 at Evelyn’s Park. Guests were transported to Louisville for the Kentucky Derby Triple Crown with ladies donning their best Derby hats and gentlemen in seersucker. Southern Fare was served by Heirloom Catering and included hot browns, shrimp & pimento cheese grits, hummingbird cake as well as the signature cocktail - a mint julep! Our guests went off to the races by participating in a fun Triple Crown Challenge, where they had the opportunity to guess the winning horse in a historic race prior and win great prizes.

Throughout the evening, photos were displayed of the children served by Spindletop as well as the volunteer events one could take part in, and guests heard first-hand from Management Committee member, Lindsay Weddle, on how to get involved. The evening raised nearly $68,000 – we send our sincere appreciation to all who made this event a great success!

PINDLETOP WAS FOUNDED with an invitational golf tournament in 1966, and it continues to be the world’s largest energy industry charitable golf tournament. The two-day Tournament is held every Spring at Memorial Park Golf Course and is organized by the Spindletop Golf Ambassadors, who spend countless hours raising significant funds to support Houston’s at-risk children all the while bringing together executives from across the energy industry to participate and enjoy the fellowship of each day.

To kick-off the Tournament, all golfers were invited to the Celebration party, which took place the night before the Tournament at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa. Participants and their spouses gathered for an evening of merriment as all enjoyed dinner and the musical styles of The Guzzlers. One lucky golfer, TJ Tijerina of FCCU, won the evening’s drawing - two first class tickets to anywhere in the world from United Airlines.

We send our sincere thanks to our supporters of this year’s Tournament, who helped us raise a resounding $542,000!

At each Par 3, golfers have the opportunity to learn more about our community partners. Non-profit representatives greet each foursome and shed light on their organization’s mission. This gives golfers insight on how their donation to Spindletop is making an impact on Houston’s at-risk children. The representative serves as a witness of each golfer’s tee shot as every tee-off that lands on the green raises $100 for the charity at that hole. Collectively, $99,0000 was awarded to this year’s participating non-profits:

Celebrating OneYear with S pindleto p

“2024 has been an extraordinary year for Spindletop, and as I reflect on the journey, I feel immense pride in being part of an organization that positively impacts vulnerable children. Highlights of my first year include learning about the amazing charities we partner with and meeting the dedicated individuals behind them. I've been amazed by our volunteers, who consistently give their time and energy to make a difference at every event. Looking back, I am filled with deep gratitude for the chance to serve alongside such a committed and passionate group of people. As we step into 2025, I am excited about the plans ahead and the continued opportunity to uplift those who need it most."

Empowering the Future, One Child at a Time...

Precision Drilling is dedicated to helping create a High Performance, High Value future for children in the communities where we operate. We take pride in our collaboration with Spindletop Charities, working together to empower at-risk children, ensuring their success, and fostering hope for the next generation.

Dear Friends,

With another year in the books, I cherish how Spindletop has grown in making its imprint on our community’s most vulnerable population - children. In today’s world, children of all walks of life face unique challenges that can affect their overall well-being; however, when you add in the barrier of living in poverty and in underserved areas, a child has an even harder time reaching their full potential. Spindletop is unwavering in its efforts to enhance the lives of Houston’s at-risk youth, which would not be possible without the support of the energy industry.

Every child deserves to pursue his or her dreams and have the opportunities available to make this a reality. At Spindletop, we focus on breaking down barriers to success by providing the proper resources children need to thrive. We work diligently each year to identify promising and proven programs where philanthropy and engaged volunteers lead to educating, empowering, protecting and nurturing these very special kids. The work of our community partners is extraordinary; however, what is equally inspiring is seeing the men and women of energy join forces to help Spindletop meet these ever-growing needs.

I hope you have enjoyed reading through the pages of this brochure and learning more about the positive changes Spindletop is making in the greater Houston community. Together with our Board of Directors, Management Committee, and the support of the energy industry, Spindletop is answering the call of Houston’s at-risk children and positively changing the trajectory of their lives and that of their families.

There is no greater gift than to see a smile on a child’s face, especially when you know they feel cared for and nourished. Each of you make that possible, and we cannot thank you enough for choosing to support Spindletop’s efforts and your willingness to help - thank you! I wish you a very healthy and happy 2025.

With deepest appreciation,

Adv ertisement I ndex

Spindletop Community Impact Partners

@spindletop_houston

“To me, Spindletop represents the heart of the oil and gas industry—a side that doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves. It's a powerful example of how we, as an industry, can come together to make a tangible difference in our communities. What makes Spindletop special is the collective commitment of my energy colleagues to supporting at-risk youth in Houston. Together, we are creating opportunities and providing hope for the next generation, demonstrating that our industry's impact goes far beyond energy— it’s about empowering lives.”
