Newuserscanself-registerviaSignUp,withemailverificationrequired beforeaccountcreation.

What's changed

WhenauseruploadsadocumentviaHomebuyer,wewillnowclearlyshow themthestatusofthatupload.

Whenahomebuyeruploadstheirdocuments,wehaveimprovedthelevelof classificationforwhenitlandsintheDocumentStore.Documentswillget standardisednamingclearlyshowingwhosubmittedthedocument,andthey willbeautomaticallycategorised.Anydocumentthatwecan'tidentifywillbe classifiedinthe'Other'folder.

Passwordprotecteddocumentswillnotbeallowedtobeuploaded.The homebuyerwillseeanerrormessageaskingthemtouploadanon-protected document.

Occupation Dropdown - Fact Find

We'veimprovedthe'JobTitle'sectionofthefactfind.Now,advisorswillbeable tochoosefromanextensivedropdownwhenselectingahomebuyers occupation.Ifthejobtitleisnotinthislist,theOccupationcanbesetto'Other', allowingafreetextfieldtoappeartocompletethejobtitle.Anypre-existingjob titleentriesthatdonotmatchtheoccupationdropdownwillbevisibleintheJob Titlefield,providingtheOccupationissetto'Other'

Current Employment Improvements - Fact Find

CustomersmadeusawareofissueswiththeCurrentEmploymentsectionofthe Homebuyerfactfind,wheredatawasnotcorrectlycomingintotheadvisor portal.We'venowdeployedsomefixesthatshouldensurethatfieldscompleted byHomebuyeruserswillnowsaveeveniftheusertemporarilyleavesthissection, andpullthroughtotheadvisorportaloncetheHomebuyeruserhasclicked 'Complete'forthissection.

Shared Ownership mortgages:

YourclientscannowcombineShared Ownershipwiththedelayedstartfeature.Forclientswithsmallerdeposits whoneedtheflexibilitytobuyashareofaproperty(usuallybetween25% and75%)andgrowfromthere.Rentpaymentstothehousingassociation orregisteredlandlordarestillduefromthestartoftheterm.
