To expand on this - Just Mortgages was shortlisted for the ‘Client Care Mortgage Advice, Firm of the Year Large Mortgage and Protection Advice Firms’ at the Vouched For Client Experience Awards held last night at the Royal Lancaster, London. Vouched For send out Client Experience surveys to all Just Mortgages clients after completion to review service and engagement as part of our Consumer Duty requirements.
