A Photographic Story of Endometriosis.
End.o was created to shed light on endometriosis, a chronic disease affecting millions worldwide.
Combining photography with factual insights, the project invites viewers to witness, reflect, and deepen their understanding of the lived realities of those affected.
From ideation to creation, End.o gives form to what is often unseen through black-and-white imagery with selective color, highlighting yellow as a symbol of endometriosis awareness.
Through a combination of personification and the translation of symptoms into physical forms, the work aims to both inform and resonate on a human and emotional level.

That affects about 1 in 10 women.

It is an invisible disability.

It causes inflammation and scarring.

Common symptoms include:

Severe and recurring pelvic pain.

Heavy or irregular bleeding.

It has significant medical, social, and economic consequences.

Impacts on work, education, and daily life.

And fertility can also be affected.

There is currently no cure.

Someone you know is living with this condition.

They need care and support.

Learn to see them.

Women’s health remains widely under discussed and underrepresented, leaving many to navigate their wellbeing without adequate awareness or support.
Through photography, I confront that silence: bringing visibility, fostering dialogue, and contributing to a growing awareness within the field.
