STEP 1: Choose your favorite leotards from our catalog and visit our "Custom from Catalog" section on our website.

STEP 2: Fill out our design ticket on our website. Select your three favorite designs and describe any changes you would like to make in as much detail as possible. Here you can upload your logo and our design team will suggest the best placement on it. You can also request a lower-priced long sleeve leo or a matching tank or warm-up. With our easy-to-use design ticket, creating the perfect custom leotard has never been easier!

STEP 3: Once you have submitted your design ticket, you can expect to receive your custom gallery in 5-10 business days via email. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom design, so we offer up to three design revisions. During this process, you can also request fabric samples or arrange a video call with our design team to discuss your design further. We are committed to creating a leotard that you will love, and we are always here to help you every step of the way!

STEP 4: After your design has been approved, you're ready to place your order by emailing your sales representative. To start production, we require 50% of the total cost of your order. The remaining balance will need to be paid before the estimated shipping date to avoid any delays in shipping.

This fabric has an extra foil layer on top, which reflects the light and adds a unique shine. However, the foil characteristics make the fabric slightly thicker and stiffer than others.

This type of fabric has a highly durability. It is very smooth to touch & has a non-glossy finish. The fabric is designed to stretch in all directions, providing a comfortable and flexible fit that feels like a second skin. This fabric is known by our customers as the fabric that will grow with the gymnast.

This fabric boasts a distinctive shine that sets it apart from the usual matte fabrics. The shine is achieved through a unique threading technique that gives it a lustrous appearance without the need for additional foil. Despite its shiny look, it shares all the qualities of its matte

LINNER: All of our competition leotards are designed with a nude fabric liner underneath the mesh on both the front and back from shoulders to the naval. This ensures maximum comfort and confidence for gymnasts during their performances. This process eliminates the need for older gymnasts to worry about which sports bra they're wearing, resulting in an even look. We offer two nude color options to match skin colors, but due to the variety of ethnicities in our country, we can't guarantee an exact match, although we do make an effort. If you prefer not to have the nude liner, please inform your sales representative, or you can always choose a mystique color fabric.

Shoulders lined

The sleeves are not lined unless the customer requests them. The shoulders are lined in some cases, depending on the design. If the garment has raglan sleeves, they will not be lined. However, if the sleeves are U-shaped, they will be lined. Please refer to the following images to see the difference. Our leotards are made exclusively of polyester fabric, which is synthetic in nature. Polyester is a durable and lightweight material that provides good stretch and flexibility, making it an ideal choice for athletic wear. However, we understand that synthetic fabrics may cause discomfort to some wearers, particularly in the sensitive intimate areas. That's why we add a cotton pad to the bottom area of all our leotards. This cotton pad provides a layer of natural fabric against the wearer's skin, ensuring maximum comfort and minimizing the risk of irritation or chafing.

Frequently asked questions RESOURCES

Sublimation is a method of printing designs onto fabrics. Heat and pressure are used to transfer ink from a special paper onto the fabric, resulting in a high-quality, long-lasting print. This is how we give the ombre effect, do intricate patterns or add your high resolution logos. Due to the nature of the process there are a couple things we will like you to acknowledge before deciding to use this process on your leotards.

SUBLIMATION NOTICE:

1. When using the sublimation process on white fabric, the base color of the fabric may be noticed through the inside stitching and when stretched. This is a natural result of the process. 2. We offer a variety of matte colors in our palette that have a sublimated color tone to match ombre sleeves or color mesh. PRODUCTION TIME:

Our production time for custom orders is 8-10 weeks, which starts counting from the moment you place your order and make the downpayment. Please note that shipping time is not included in the production time. Once the package is dispatched from our manufacturing facility, the estimated delivery date will depend on the shipping carrier's policies. We recommend adding some extra time for shipping to avoid any inconvenience.

LEOTARD CARE:

Hand wash your leotard- Avoid machine wash, as this can damage severly your fabrics and embellishments. Do not use granular detergent, bleach or liquid fabric softener. Use very mild detergent.

Do not use use tumble dry or tumble dry.

Hang to dry. Once you finish hand washing your leotard, remove the excess of water with a towel and let it dry with cool air.

Avoid deodorants with aluminum chlorohydrate. discolor the fabric under the armpit area.

We offer a three-month guarantee from the delivery date for our products, only for factory defects. If you encounter any issues, you need to contact us through the wholesale purchaser who placed the order. You will be required to provide pictures of the front and back of the product and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will then assess the problem to determine whether it is a production defect or the result of customer misuse. Based on this evaluation, we will inform you whether the product needs to be repaired or exchanged. Our sales representative will provide you with instructions on the next steps. We highly recommend checking your garments as soon as you receive them. Don't wait until the season starts.

WAIST MEASUREMENT: MEASURE FROM NARROWEST PART OF THE WAIST; HAVE ATHLETE BEND TO THE SIDE TO FIND THE NATURAL WAISTLINE, START MEASURING WHERE THE BODY BENDS. MAKE SURE MEASURING TAPE IS PARALLEL TO THE FLOOR. 3. HIP MEASUREMENT: WITH THE ATHLETES FEET TOGETHER, MEASURE FROM THE FULLEST PART OF THE BUTTOCKS ENSURING TAPE IS PARALLEL TO THE FLOOR. 4.
