SPG ExecuPro teamed with Zack Doak of HUB International Missouri/Kansas to displace incumbent AIG on a K-12 EdTech/SaaS account Beazley's four-part form was the only market that covered the client's full scope in a single policy and added Media Liability coverage that AIG did not provide Limits doubled from $1M to $2M, retention was cut in half from $50K to $25K, and the placement included InfoSec cyber coverage and a negotiated 70/30 hammer clause. The extended term through 6/25/27 aligns with the client's other policies SPG is now working with Zack to also place D&O/EPL and Cyber

limit with $25K retention; negotiated a longer-term policy (3/18/26 to 6/25/27) to align with the client's other insurance expiration dates 10M follow-form pollution, non-auditable GL/CPL
The agent approached us with significant renewal increases from the incumbent broker, who had provided a market list of more than 30 carriers After review, we sent the risk to several of our key partner markets, remained clear, and turned around quotes within a few days delivering significantly lower pricing, superior coverage, and a nonauditable structure the client had not previously had The agent shared the following feedback: "Thanks so much for the help (last minute) on this account We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your determination to make this one work You definitely pulled a rabbit out of the hat for us "
PRODUCER: Bill Ward - bward@specialtyprogramgroup com Keith Ross - kross@selectriskservices com

Trish Edwards brought us this new opportunity after writing another account earlier in the month We responded quickly and, in lieu of offering a 3-month term to align with the current excess expiration, structured a 15-month term saving the client money and solving a coverage problem in the process We hope to earn an additional opportunity to write the primary GL and primary follow-form excess at term in June 2026

EQ Placement on a $29m Commercial Building Occupied by an Addiction Treatment Facility
SPG controlled the placement of EQ coverage on a large commercial building occupied by an addiction treatment facility The expiring program was split between two non-admitted carriers on a layered basis, with limits just under $24M priced at $173K The renewal was submitted with limits per expiring, and knowing that the EQ market is softening we sent the risk to several carriers for review Strong interest from multiple parties drove pricing down significantly, and after negotiations we secured a quote from a single admitted carrier at $134K, delivering nearly $40K in savings The final placement also broadened coverage and increased overall policy limits to $29M In summary, we were able to consolidate two policies into one, replace non-admitted paper with admitted paper, and deliver expanded coverage and higher limits at a $40K premium savings Even on renewals, we work to find the best option for the insured

HUB International's Hayley Cohrs, Blake Burkey, and Liam O'Mahony are leading the way on the SPG ExecuPro Digital Binding Portal, and the results speak for themselves In March alone, their team closed four new business binders using the portal's Cyber comparative rater quoting multiple carriers side-by-side and binding in minutes rather than days Huge thanks to Hayley, Blake, and Liam for being our biggest champions out of the gate Ready to see what the portal can do for your book? “I have to admit that when I would hear the nudge toward SPG on marketing calls, I was initially resistant I had a really great team at CRC that was taking care of several non-admitted policies for us, so I was hesitant to make a change Switching workflows and trusting a new team with our clients is never a decision I take lightly However, when our CRC team was laid off, it seemed like the right opportunity to give SPG a try and I am genuinely glad I did
The SPG team has exceeded my expectations in every way Beyond simply marketing the risks, they have been true partners in the process proactively identifying coverage weaknesses, highlighting strengths, flagging potential gaps, suggesting meaningful improvements, and even joining us on client calls when appropriate. I also want to call out that when we lost our underwriter Gage Maddox, his replacement John Bailey did not skip a beat. John has been extremely easy to work with and the transition was seamless a true testament to the depth of the SPG team. I would also be remiss not to mention Estela Aleksi, whose depth of knowledge and experience is truly unmatched and has been invaluable to our team. The level of collaboration and expertise they bring to the table has been a real asset to our clients and our team.
The results speak for themselves: since December 2025, we have placed over 20 policies through SPG at a combined premium of approximately $422,000 That is meaningful production, built on a foundation of great communication and a shared commitment to doing right by our insureds
I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of just how well this partnership is working The SPG team has our full appreciation they have truly earned it, and we look forward to continuing to grow this relationship throughout the year ”
