It is with great pleasure that we present our second edition brochure. Included in these pages you will find journeys exploring almost every corner of the ancient world and there are some tremendous experiences on o er.
In Denmark we cross the Great Belt Bridge to Zeeland and visit Trelleborg when the annual Viking Festival
takes place and the armies of Harold Bluetooth battle once again. In China, we discover remarkable prehistoric
archaeology at Banpo which suggests a society led exclusively by women and in Italy we admire the extraordinary
subterranean thermal complex at Baia by glass bottomed boat. Also new for 2026 we extend our explorations
in Northern Greece, where, positioned on the shore of Lake Pamvotis and encircled by the impressive Pindus
Mountains, we spend a few days in Ioannina, capital of Epirus. Closer to home, we explore two small islands for
the first time: Anglesey, once at the centre of the dramatic encounter between Celtic druids and Roman legions,
