São Paulo: a city that has everything for everybody business center stood out from other major economic hubs worldwide. I related so strongly to the city that I ended up bringing my family here to pursue my professional career. The city that never pauses—the city whose lifeblood is events—is the ideal venue not only for business but also for leisure and entertainment, a natural calling that it has managed (extremely well) to develop in recent years. After all, São Paulo has everything—for all tastes and for all wallets. In this city alone there

annually), Nationalities, Fashion (more than 50 shopping malls), Diversity (we host the world’s largest LGBT parade), and the “Stay over another day!” program (Fique mais um dia!) São Paulo is a city made for followers of every social style! In a single weekend you can take in a Broadway show, attend an international concert, enjoy Indian cuisine and shop at all the world’s most upscale labels. Coming to São Paulo is like visiting several destinations all at the same time: it’s like Rome for cuisine, New York for shopping, and Paris for culture, all rolled into one. The State of São Paulo is renowned worldwide as an economic powerhouse; but it also boasts marvelous tourist attractions. From beautiful beaches, rivers, trails, mountain parks, and forests to major events, there are attractions all year round. It has an airport infrastructure and the country’s best highways. Despite all these credentials we must keep the wheels of tourism turning and strive not only to attract more events to the city, but to make visitors feel welcome and resolve to return, which will strengthen the many activities of the local economy. Let us therefore—in the several entities making up the tourism chain—join together to continue writing in successful words the history of São Paulo, the city that belongs to all of us!

Testimonials Depoimentos The World Ophthalmology Congress on February 19 – 24 2006 in São Paulo This was the best International Congress since 1857.commented ICO President Fritz Naumann, MD.

I have been to conferences in many cities , and I truly believe that Sao Paulo beats them all. The city has great restaurants, art and culture, and more important than that, it is a friendly big place. I look forward to coming back in the not too distant future. Professor Francois Viruly - University of the Witwatersrand - Johannesburg - South Africa

I met the Brazilians and started to work with them, I was impressed by their hospitality, gastronomy (gain many kilos J) and service level. The team that helped us with the logistics spoke three languages and were dedicated from the start until the end. It was a very pleasant experience working with them. SĂŁo Paulo is the business hart of Brazil and maybe South America. Our annual, the Neuromarketing World Forum, doubled in number of attendees and we are glad we had chosen for this amazing city.
