Seabourn began offering expedition experiences in 2013, when a highly qualified, worldclass Expedition team ensured that our guests enjoyed authentic adventures in Antarctica an unprecedented, ultra-luxury style.
Seabourn Venture , and her sister ship Seabourn Pursuit represent yet another transformative step in our evolution of ultra-luxury expedition travel, incorporating both our expedition experience and our passionate pursuit of innovation. Guests will explore the world’s most remote destinations in Seabourn’s incomparable elegance and ease.
Designed for those whose appetite for unique experiences is matched by a taste for ultra-luxury amenities and all-inclusive elegance. Built for diverse environments to PC6 ice-strengthened hull standards, these ships feature 132 luxurious oceanfront suites, together with a host of expedition amenities and an onboard 23-strong Expedition team comprised of worldrenowned scientists, historians and naturalists. A complement of kayaks and Zodiacs may accommodate all guests at once.
Seabourn Venture’s voyage programme includes expeditions to the Arctic, Antarctica and the fabled Northwest Passage where guests may cruise in Zodiacs under teeming bird cliffs and kayak among stately icebergs, view whales, walrus and seals up close. Seabourn Pursuit will also winter in Antarctica, then will head to the remote islands of the South Pacific and Australia’s rarel y visited Kimberley region. Experiences may include snorkeling unspoilt coral gardens glittering with iridescent fish, trekking to earth-shaking waterfalls and meeting and learning about the peoples who inhabit these remote destinations.

Wheelchair Accessible Suites
Suites 550, 664, 665, 1012, 1132, 1191 are wheelchair accessible—roll-in shower only, wheelchair-accessible doorways.
Suites 700 and 701 are subject to noise when anchoring, and on Seabourn Encore, have all metal veranda railings, limiting the view. On Seabourn Ovation, the veranda railings are part metal and part glass from floor to teak rail.
