BOOKING CONDITIONS

Your Princess holiday is subject to our Booking Conditions which you can view by visiting princess.com/passagecontract or by scanning the QR code. Please read the Booking Conditions carefully as they set out the terms of the contract relating to important issues such as your medical condition (clauses 18 to 24), cancellation (clauses 38 to 44), matters of security and safety (clauses 45 to 50), Princess’ liability (clauses 52 to 65) and your right to claim (clauses 66 to 68). Please ensure that you take out travel insurance before you travel to cover you for any medical care you may need.

FINANCIAL PROTECTION

The combination of travel services offered to you by Princess Cruises is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Therefore, you will benefit from all UK rights applying to packages. Princess Cruises will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. Additionally, as required by law, Princess Cruises has protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation if it becomes insolvent.

FLIGHTS AND TRANSFERS

Princess offers a variety of flight options to purchase with your cruise, depending on your chosen itinerary and personal preferences. Flights will automatically be assigned to your booking once we are within the 330 days. Flights can be assigned to any airline and any route and will be based on an economy basis only. If you book your cruise within 330 days before the return date, our innovative Plane Sailing programme is designed to seamlessly coordinate your air travel with your cruise itinerary. Once you have booked your cruise, go to 'Manage Booking' at princess.com to view up to the minute flight schedules, with competitive, real time airfares and inventory for only those flights that complement your cruise. Please call our Reservations Team, or your travel agent for more information. All flights are subject to availability. Where flight times require an overnight stay in the port of embarkation/disembarkation, you can book a hotel with Princess. We can help you upgrade your flight or extend your holiday; just call us to talk through your plans. COACH TRANSFERS Please note your contract will be with the Cruise Connect operator, Intercruises. Pick up points may not necessarily be central to the city/town indicated. Coaches can be booked 72 hours after booking confirmation until 28 days prior to departure, and thereafter subject to availability. Where there are insufficient numbers to operate a route, Intercruises reserve the right to cancel that route no less than 28 days before departure.
