LONDON’S CHEAPEST cinema, the Peckhamplex, faces being demolished to make way for a new tower block.
The proposals by Southwark Council have appeared in a draft plan of future developments across the borough that is now out for public consultation. Residents have until April 28 to comment on the proposals to redevelop the cinema and the multi-storey carpark site, which also houses Bold Tendencies, Frank’s Café and the soon-to-open Peckham Levels project.
