The SPSCC Foundation awards more than $500,000 in scholarships, emergency need grants, and classroom tools and supplies.

Funding Options FAFSA - The FAFSA is the foundation of the financial awards, grants, and loans you can receive. Do this important step first. WASFA - Washington State offers financial aid programs to students who aren’t eligible for federal financial aid because of immigration status. Running Start - High school juniors and seniors can attend community college tuition-free and earn college credits. Fee Waivers and Book Loans are available for qualifying students. Scholarships - Nearly 300 SPSCC Foundation scholarships are available each year. The average amount is $1,150. Veterans and Military Benefits - Veterans, spouses, and dependents can access VA education benefits. Washington College Grant - Starting Fall 2020, eligible students can attend college tuition-free, while others can get a partial award. Workforce Transitions - Get financial support to help connect you to a path into an in-demand, high wage career. Work Study - Get a financial award for work you do on or off-campus job related to your career interests.
