The 9th annual SunParlour Rodeo, presented by the Rawhide Rodeo Company, was held July 31 and August 1 in Ruthven. The two shows provided plenty of spills and thrills as cowboys and cowgirls defied gravity for the famous “8 seconds”. Over the past eight years more than $100,000 was raised for Leamington District Memorial Hospital and last year $15,000 was raised for W.E. Care For Kids. This year’s proceeds will again go to W.E.
