Last week’s warm temperatures brought a flurry of indoor and outdoor activities for families while the kids were off school for March Break. In the top photo, you can’t beat the year’s first ice cream cone to know that spring is just around the corner. Popping into Burgess Refreshments on its third day of the new season were, from left, Amber Adomaityte, Victoria Lafrance, Kinsley Quiring, Noah Quiring and Mason Quiring. On the bottom left, having just visited Point Pelee for the first time, the Desjardins kids had to make a stop at the new playground at Mersea Park on a gorgeous March 13 afternoon.
