Introducing Trex Composite Decking

Trex Composite Decking is a wood-plastic composite (WPC) decking system that replicates the look of timber boards, providing a slip resistant alternative to wood that is versatile, durable and requires less maintenance than traditional timber decking. Trex is the leading name in wood alternative decking and offer a range of products to suit the aesthetics and budget of any project.

Enhance is available in two collections; Basics and Naturals. These boards feature a unique scalloped underside that helps reduce the amount of material used without sacrificing strength or how far the boards can span between supports.

Transcend is Trex’s original decking board system, available in Tropical and Lineage collections. This range combines Trex’s most durable scratch resistant surface with their strongest core to create a decking solution that will last a lifetime.

Signature is a premium decking range launched in 2024 that offers the most lifelike natural wood appearance of any WPC available on the market, with subtle tone variations and realistic woodgrain texture creating a luxurious but low maintenance aesthetic for any outdoor space.

Board types

Grooved edge

These boards typically comprise the majority of a decking project.

Installation requires Trex Hidden Fasteners, which securely hold the boards in place while allowing for thermal expansion and contraction without the need to fix through the surface of the board.

Square edge

These boards provide a tidy visible edge for boards used around the perimeter of a deck.

Square boards are often used to frame the main deck, on stairs and for fascia applications.

Square edge boards can be fastened through the face of the board using colour-matched screws or Pro-Plug fixing systems.
