2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, add grated zucchini, sugar, brown sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs and vanilla. Whisk until well combined. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir until no dry flour remains, trying not to over mix. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 54 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center of the bread should come out with moist crumbs on it. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and transfer to wire cooking rack to cool completely. Store in refrigerator. Bread is best served after it has been refrigerated for at least 12 hours.

Eggnog Cake 1 box white cake mix 1 1/3 cup water 2 Tablespoon canola oil 3 large egg whites 2 cups eggnog 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup 2% milk 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and egg whites on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake for 25 to 30 min. Poke holes in the cake 1 inch apart. In small bowl combine eggnog, sweet condensed milk and 2% milk, pour over cake, let stand until the liquid is absorbed. In large bowl beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add sugar, beat until soft peaks form. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Place cinnamon and clove in a disposable tea bag and seal (or use a coffee filter, fold and staple to make a bag). Place spice bag into warming pot. 1 375ml bottle Ruby Classico Port 1/2 bottle Lady In Red wine 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1 disposable tea bag or coffee filter 1 orange Combine wine in a heatable warming pot. Place cinnamon and clove in a disposable tea bag and seal (or use a coffee filter, fold and staple to make a bag). Place spice bag into warming pot. Gently warm for 10 to 20 minutes (Do not boil, you will boil all the alcohol away). Just prior to serving, place 2 to 3 orange disks in pot. 8 cups cubed, day-old bread 9 eggs 2 1/4 cups milk 1 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup butter, melted 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Caramel Sauce 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup water 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 Tablespoons butter 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Place bread cubes in a greased 13x9 baking dish. In large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour evenly over bread. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Meanwhile in a small sauce pan bring the sugar, water and lemon juice to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture turns a golden amber color. Stir in butter until melted. Add cream. Remove from heat. Serve with bread pudding.

In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs for 2 minutes. Beat in vanilla and chocolate mixture. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; beat in chocolate mixture, stirring in remaining chocolate chips. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. Remove about 1 cup of dough. With floured hands, roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes. Repeat with remaining dough. Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
