speed until well mixed, then beat 2 min. on high speed. Stir together cinnamon chips and 2 tbsp flour until chips are coated, gently fold into batter. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350º for 60 min. Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

lightly browned. Cool 2-3 min. before moving to wire racks. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over half of the cookies. Dip one end of remaining cookies into chocolate then sprinkle with walnuts or sprinkles.
Gingerbread Cookies 3/4 cups butter (no substitutes), softened 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg 3/4 cup molasses 4 cups flour 2 tsp ground ginger 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 3/4 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp salt Vanilla frosting of choice if desired
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg and molasses. Combine the flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt, gradually add to creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight until easy to handle. On a lightly floured
cutting board, roll out dough to desired thickness. Cut with floured cookie cutter. Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 8-10 min or until edges are firm. Remove to wire rack to cool. Decorate with frosting if desired.

Gingerbread Cookies 3/4 cups butter (no substitutes), softened 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg 3/4 cup molasses 4 cups flour 2 tsp ground ginger 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 3/4 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp salt Vanilla frosting of choice if desired
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg and molasses. Combine the flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt, gradually add to creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight until easy to handle. On a lightly floured
cutting board, roll out dough to desired thickness. Cut with floured cookie cutter. Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 8-10 min or until edges are firm. Remove to wire rack to cool. Decorate with frosting if desired.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until fork tender. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more. Arrange potatoes in a serving dish. Sprinkle with drizzle and glaze.

both sides of the bread. Cook on a greased hot griddle until golden brown on both sides. Combine syrup ingredients in a saucepan, heat until warm, stirring constantly. Serve with the French toast.

1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup cold butter 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp vanilla extract Filling: 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup sugar 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tsp vanilla extract Topping: 1 cup sugar 1 Tbsp corn starch 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 cup water 3 cups chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb, thawed and drained

Gradually stir in water until smooth. Add rhubarb. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until thickened. Cool. Pour over filling. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Refrigerate leftovers.
