County clerks report partisan primary election results For Rock County, 22 percent of the voters (27,011) of the approximate 120,747 eligible to vote in the county headed to the polls or voted absentee in the August Partisan Primary. Voting was steady but slower than expected with the contested Sheriff and Clerk of Circuit Court races in Rock County. The Rock County website was flooded with inquiries for elections results, overloading the system. Unofficial results are at: http://www. co.rock.wi.us/results08142018. Rock County Board of Canvass was to meet to certify the results of the Partisan Primary this past Monday, Aug. 20. Lisa Tollefson, Rock County Clerk reported the election results and oversaw voting.
