Donahue, 18, of Lake Geneva; felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct with domestic abuse assessments. According to the criminal complaint, while under bond conditions on a charge of felony fleeing an officer, Donahue shoved his ex-girlfriend with whom he lives against the refrigerator at their Town of Lyons home July 29 and pulled out some of her hair extensions. • Joshua G. Tracy, 37, of Elkhorn; felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct with domestic abuse assessments, both as a repeater. Tracy allegedly grabbed his girlfriend by the neck and took her to the ground at their Elkhorn home during an argument about Tracy snorting pain pills that were prescribed to his mother. He was under bond conditions at the time on charges of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. • Anne M. Bieneman, 37, of Burlington; felony bail jumping. Bieneman failed to appear in court as scheduled July 9 on charges of bail jumping and retail theft, according to the criminal complaint. • Badon C. Prophet Jr., 20, of Milwaukee; felony bail jumping. Prophet failed to appear in court as scheduled July 23 on eight charges of armed robbery, burglary and reckless endangerment, according to the criminal complaint. Identity theft

Ramberg allegedly forged documents to make herself the beneficiary of her brother’s International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers retirement benefits instead of his wife before the Village of Bloomfield man’s death. • Sherlynn S. Costa, 55, of Grayslake, Ill; identity theft for financial gain as a party to a crime. Costa allegedly notarized forged documents to make her ex-husband’s daughter the beneficiary of her ex-husband’s International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers retirement benefits instead of his wife before the Village of Bloomfield man’s death. • Wanda J. Rottman, 56, of Zion, Ill.; identity theft by avoidance and obstructing an officer. Rottman allegedly gave her sister’s name and identifying information when issued a speeding ticket in Lake Geneva on June 16. Drugs • Max Joseph Turner, 26, of Elkhorn; possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police found more than 160 grams of marijuana in six separate bags, 20.37 grams of THC edibles, three additional bags of marijuana and 51.56 grams of marijuana in a jar at Turner’s Town of Sugar Creek home on June 16, according to the criminal complaint. • Geovanni V. Hernandez, 20, of Darien; possession with intent to deliver Schedule IV drugs, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon. Hernandez was found with 87.4 grams of marijuana, 143 Xanax pills, $1,896 cash and a Glock 17

Appling, 36, was charged Aug. 10 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, sixth offense. According to the criminal complaint, Appling was apprehended at her home at 1235 LaSalle Street after she failed to yield the right of way and failed to stop at a stop sign. She smelled like alcohol, had bloodshot and glassy eyes and slurred speech and showed signs of impairment on field sobriety tests, according to the complaint. She refused a preliminary breath test, and results of a blood test are pending, according to the complaint. Appling was convicted of drunken driving in March 2008, July and twice in September 2009 and September 2011.
Man allegedly found with meth in Burlington
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Aug. 20 for a Delavan man allegedly found with meth in Burlington. Aerian G. Ouska-Tomczewski, 25, was charged Aug. 10 in Racine County Circuit
Court with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of felony bail jumping. According to the criminal complaint, a man, later identified as Ouska-Tomczewski, was seen standing outside a vehicle on Evergreen Court new Viewcrest Lane in Burlington at about 1 a.m. Aug. 9. As a sergeant approached, Ouska-Tomczewski quickly turned around and made exaggerated movements with his hands inside the vehicle, locked and slammed the door of the car and then walked toward the rear of the vehicle and made another exaggerated movement toward the ground as if he’d discarded an object, according to the complaint. The sergeant found a bag of methamphetamine on the ground, and Ouska-Tomczewski claimed he was being framed and resisted as the sergeant began to take him into custody, according to the complaint. Marijuana and a digital scale were found inside the vehicle, the complaint states. Ouska-Tomczewski was under bond conditions on a charge of felony bail jumping in Walworth County at the time.
