was made subject warned for same and cited for OAR. 3:11 p.m. – business had a small Chihuahua walk up to the business on North Lincoln Street. Dog brought to animal shelter and turned over to staff. 4:58 p.m. – anonymous complaint of fighting on North Wisconsin Street. Officer checked outside and inside and didn’t find anybody fighting or having an argument. People in vehicles employees had not seen or heard any problems. 10 p.m. – vehicles rummaged through on North Wisconsin Street. Vintage purse taken from vehicle. 10:53 p.m. – observed fireworks in Sunset Park on South Devendorf Street. Subject stated it was daughter’s birthday and didn’t want to light them off near residence. Advised of park hours and left. June 21 12:38 a.m. – vehicle struck caller’s parked car on West Hidden Trail. Officers took pictures of victim vehicle. Checked video footage from neighbors. Juvenile admitted to texting and sideswiping the car and leaving because he was scared. Crash report completed and citation for hit and run issued. 7:29 a.m. – alarm on South Wisconsin Street. Officers arrived. No broken windows or doors. Contacted owner and left a message, indicating a search of the building could not be completed. 4:19 p.m. – observed traffic backing up due to the rodeo on East Court Street. Employees at the gate were advised to get people in quicker or use a different gate. 8:43 p.m. – subject backed into callers car on West Rockwell Street. Crash report completed. 8:53 p.m. – complainant states blasting music about 8 hours a day can hear it clearly with windows closed on East Court Street. Officer arrived and could hear the rodeo at the fairgrounds called the contact for the fairgrounds and advised him of the complaint that is was 9 p.m. on Sunday night and the music was unreasonably loud. He advised he has never been told this early and was hesitant to ask the vendor to turn down the music. He was advised if complaints continue ultimately the agricultural society could be cited for it. 9:28 p.m. – caller states he can hear everything from the fairgrounds on East Court Street. Officer spoke with complainant who advised the event had quieted down a while ago and no other assistance was needed. June 22

12:26 a.m. – officer found three open doors on building on East Commerce Court. All appeared okay. Doors secured and key holder reset alarm. 5:07 a.m. – observed a vehicle with a faulty taillight on East Clark Street. Officer issued verbal warning. 5:27 a.m. – officers were dispatched to a car versus deer on southbound Interstate 43. Observed that it was in Geneva Township jurisdiction and assisted. 8:30 a.m. – observed vehicle traveling at high rate of speed on South Lincoln Street. Driver stated was late for work. Citation issued. 9:22 a.m. – vehicle parked on the terrace on West Geneva Street. Made contact with owner. Stated he will put a for sale sign. 10:36 a.m. – semi in posted no truck zone on South Lincoln Street. Was lost as he could not exit on Highway 12 and was following his GPS. Driver was provided directions and verbally warned for truck route. 10:36 a.m. – officer observed vehicle with the operator not wearing a seatbelt on North Wisconsin Street. Citation issued. 10:47 a.m. – girls bike had been behind J Roberts for a few days on South Wisconsin Street. Brought back and processed. No record found/not listed as stolen. 11:25 a.m. – stopped vehicle after observing the driver did not appear to have seatbelt on at North Lincoln Street. Driver was issued citation. 11:33 a.m. – Muskego PD is requesting contact made at location on South Lewis Street. Attempting to locate subject no answer at door. 12:10 p.m. – subject came into the PD to drop off old ammunition on West Walworth Street. 12:59 p.m. – responded to a report of a possible single car crash with no driver around on East Centralia Street. Learned a piece of heavy equipment at the construction site backed up into an employee’s parked car. Company handling it in-house. 2:43 p.m. – officer observed a tractor trailer traveling on a road posted no trucks over 800 pounds on North Lincoln Street. Truck was stopped and driver cited for failure to obey sign. Driver given directions to 43 and advised to follow detour signs instead of GPS. 6:12 p.m. – vehicle has been parked in the road and has not moved in several weeks on South Lewis Street. Messages left on two possible phone numbers for owner. 6:55 p.m. – officer observed vehicle with non-working driver side brake light on South Wisconsin Street. Driver warned. 9:13 p.m. – officer stopped vehicle with no plates on South Lincoln Street. Vehicle recently purchased. Driver warned. 9:24 p.m. – vehicle fail to stop for the stop sign on East Walworth Street. Driver admitted to not having insurance. Cited for no insurance and verbally warned for the stop sign violation. Vehicle parked and driver advised not to drive until insured. June 23 5:14 a.m. – officer observed vehicle speeding and written warning for same on East Geneva Street. 6:36 a.m. – large turkey with babies in backyard on South Washington Street. Officers arrived and no turkeys located. 9:01 a.m. – officer observed a small box truck traveling on South Lincoln Street. Driver said the detour took him
through the city. Provided directions to Interstate 43. 9:16 a.m. – officer requested to perform an exterior building check during business hours on East Morrissy Drive. Found five doors not secure. 9:41 a.m. – Southern Lakes Credit Card located on a bench on South Wisconsin Street. Contact attempted with property owner. 10:34 a.m. – dog has been barking for over an hour nonstop on East Pinecrest Lane. Officers arrived. Located dog and made contact with owner. Dog outside because in-home therapy and the dog likes to jump. Offered to put dog in the house. 11:07 a.m. – observed four tires stacked off to the side of the road on southbound Interstate 43. County DPW contacted to remove the tires. 11:24 a.m. – loud exhaust coming from vehicle on South Lincoln Street. Initiated stop had to ask the subject to turn off vehicle as the exhaust was creating a communication barrier. Written warning. 2:14 p.m. – car versus pedestrian on East Court Street. State patrol was contacted for a reconstruction. Elkhorn Collision removed the striking vehicle from the scene. Crash report was completed. 2:15 p.m. – caller reporting that subject is keeping chickens and ducks in apartment. Is concerned it is a health hazard. 3:45 p.m. – observed stalled motorist on northbound Interstate 43. Made contact was well of the roadway and had a tow coming. 7:46 p.m. – requested to check business doors on East Morrissy Drive. Officer located door unlocked. All interior doors to the entrance were secured. North door unlocked as well, but the interior door was secure. All other exterior doors secure. 11:16 p.m. – theft complaint of earring and shoes on East Hartwell Street. See report for further information.
June 24 9:24 a.m. – called to report someone might have taken a set of keys from truck on West Walworth Street. Said when returned home this evening would check and call to confirm. 9:50 a.m. – funeral escort leaving St. Pat’s going to Mt. Olivet on North Wisconsin Street. 12:56 p.m. – observed vehicle make U-turn in a marked no U-turn area on North Wisconsin Street. Driver issued written warning. 2:25 p.m. – on the trail fire down in the ditch next to a cornfield mapped north of Maclean Road. Geneva Township jurisdiction. 10:15 p.m. – officer called to fireworks complaint on South Wisconsin Street. While checking area firework was heard. Area checked but did not hear or see anything more after.
June 25 12:38 a.m. – officer observed two subjects walking on North Wisconsin Street. Stated they were at a friends and he did not want to drive them back to their vehicle. Deputy arrived while speaking with subjects and provided subjects ride. 3:04 a.m. – report of theft of motor vehicle on South Wisconsin Street. 7:51 a.m. – officer met with victim who said someone entered his vehicle on West Centralia Street and took approximately $10 in change and two .22 caliber revolvers that were in there original boxes and were unloaded.
