Police arranged a controlled buy of cocaine and Xanax from Tadych on the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater campus on Sept. 19, according to the complaint. The purchaser gave Tadych $670, and Tadych gave the buyer pills and two small bags of white powder that weighed 3.82 grams and 3.59 grams, the complaint states. The pills were mostly over-the-counter and a few prescription pills but none was identified as Xanax, and the powder tested negative for cocaine,

Court news Woman found with drugs in Burlington A status conference is scheduled for May 27 for a Delavan woman allegedly found with drugs in Burlington. Sarah R. Christenson, 35, was charged April 6 in Racine County Circuit Court with possession of methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, both second and subsequent offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the criminal complaint, people were seen “smoking drugs” in a car at Cedar Park in the Town of Burlington on April 4. In the car, police found 17 grams of meth, 5.8 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 43.3
grams of marijuana and multiple items of paraphernalia used to ingest the drugs, according to the complaint. Christenson was the driver of the car and assumed responsibility for the drugs inside, the complaint states. Man charged with selling LSD near school An initial appearance is scheduled for June 15 for a man charged with selling LSD from his apartment near a Delavan school. Anahi C. Arredondo, 19, for whom no address is listed, is charged with three counts each of manufacturing or delivering LSD near a school and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Genoa City man charged with having child porn A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 8 for a Genoa City man allegedly found with child pornography. Christian M. Kelly, 25, was charged April 6 in Walworth County Circuit Court with six counts of possession of child pornography. Each count carries maximum penalties of $100,000
in fines and 25 years in prison. According to the criminal complaint, the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office received a tip Dec. 9 from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding an image of suspected child pornography that was uploaded to a computer with an IP address in the Town of Bloomfield. Police went to Kelly’s Twin Lakes Road home on March 2 where Kelly initially denied knowing anything about child porn and then said he was “screwing with a guy” by sending him a nude image, according to the complaint. A detective found 19 images of child pornography on Kelly’s laptop. On March 10, police searched his home
