Interior checked and door locked. 11:18 p.m. – door found open, not pulled tight on East Geneva Street. Officer secured. March 16 9:50 a.m. – found vehicle off roadway on Bray Road. Has a flat on front drivers side. Officer tagged vehicle for 24 hours. 11:07 a.m. – wood chips in the roadway on West Second Avenue. DPW contacted and will remove. 11:34 a.m. – vehicle on side of road with front passenger flat on South Lincoln Street. Spoke with driver who stated she bumped a curb and believed it was ok. Vandykes arrived and were able to put spare tire on. 4:01 p.m. – anonymous tip reporting two males in the back of the residence with what looks like a rifle on South Meadowlark Lane. Made contact with subject target shooting with a BB gun in their backyard. Ex-
plained the ordinance that prohibits doing so. Subjects stated they were unaware and would stop immediately. 10:32 p.m. – DOC requesting pick up on South Wisconsin Street. Officers took subject into custody from Warrant without any issues. 10:57 p.m. – dispatched to accident with no injuries on West Walworth Street. There was no damage to one of the vehicles, and the other had trace amounts of paint scratches and markings with a small visible dent. Non reportable. March 17 2:13 a.m. – officer assisted deputy on traffic stop for vehicle traveling at 115 mph on Interstate 43. 12:58 p.m. – responded to a two car minor accident on North Country Club Parkway. Upon arrival it was learned that the driver of striking vehicle wasn’t paying attention and struck the vehicle stopped in traffic. Citation issued. 4:10 p.m. – Contact made with the owner about the order to close on East Morrissy Drive. He asked if there were less that 10 people in the building for private lessons. Officer informed him as long as there were 10 or less it was okay. 4:19 p.m. – manager was provided a copy of the restrictions on East Commerce Court. It was an employee from the DNR looking at the construction side. 4:51 p.m. – subject came into the PD to report that someone had used bank account information for a purchase on West Market Street. 5:05 p.m. – officer talked to the employee about the order and it pertaining to beverage stations and self service unpackaged foods on North Wisconsin Street. 5:11 p.m. – officer informed the employees that the unpackaged fruits and vege-
tables could not be sold as is on West Hidden Trail. All else was already in compliance. 5:20 p.m. – employee was advised of the order and provided a copy on West Hidden Trail. 5:30 p.m. – employee was advised of the order to not allow the soda fountain to be used by customers and the seating needs to be closed on West Market Street. 5:51 p.m. – owners were already aware and were following orders on East Geneva Street. 6:14 p.m. – officer observed open burning in the city on North Broad Street. Contact made with the residents and were advised of the burning ordinance. 6:31 p.m. – officer observed a fire in a backyard on South Eastown Manor. Spoke with the resident about the fire laws. 11:03 p.m. – occupants playing music loud on East Geneva Street. Officer spoke to the resident and verbally warned to keep the music down.
