Menard, 26, of Vandalia, Ill.; felony bail jumping. Menard failed to appear in court as required Jan. 23 on a charges of retail theft. • Kimberly K. Mucci, 29, of Elkhorn; felony bail jumping, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct. While under bond conditions on prior bail jumping and theft charges, Mucci allegedly grabbed her mother’s arm and purse Jan. 26 at her mom’s Delavan home when the woman refused to give Mucci money to stay out of jail. • William H. Fuchs, 34, of Genoa City; felony bail jumping; possession with intent to deliver marijuana near a school; maintaining a drug trafficking place; possession of cocaine near certain places; possession of a controlled substance near certain places; and possession of drug paraphernalia. While under bond conditions on multiple charges of battery, bail jumping and disorderly conduct, Fuchs was found Jan. 29 with cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy, a metal grinder, a pipe and a disassembled marijuana grow in his Genoa City home, which is within 1,000 feet of Brookwood Elementary School.
